We have been using the AdNabu app for several years now and are very satisfied with the service and support. Recently we had a technical discrepancy with tracking, and the team investigated it thoroughly and resolved the issue promptly. Communication was clear and helpful throughout the process. Great support! The app works like it's supposed to. It made setting up dynamic retargeting with Google Ads so much easier and saved us the headache of hiring a contractor/developer to do the event tracking setup for us. I see a reviewer called PicToArt who is giving a 1-star review. They don't understand that this app is for DYNAMIC retargeting, which isn't easy to setup for a non-technical person. What they are describing is the most basic form of retargeting with Google Ads. If you want to send DYNAMIC retargeting ads, then this is the tool for you to use. The results start coming in within hours of setup.

In my opinion the title "Install Dynamic Google Ads Retargeting Pixel & run Retargeting Ads in 2 clicks" is misleading. They only install a Javascript Code on your pages which allows you to run Retargeting ads. This app doesn't set up any ads for you. For this simple service, the app is too pricey. Installing the pixel is easy and you have to do just it once (ask Google or check Youtube for a 'how to"). This app charges you a hefty fee every month just for setting up your Javascript Code once. If you combine these monthly fees for the next years you run your business, it becomes really expensive. I can't recommend this app.

We will try to optimize it. I also tried reaching you via email but could not connect with you. It's true that the app only installs a JS code on your website. However, the same JS code sets up a great count of custom audiences in your Google Ads account based on your collections, product types, etc. Manually setting up so many custom audiences in your Google Ads account may not be feasible for you in the long run. It can also be a very time taking initiative. The app will also keep updating these audiences based on the website traffic from your target country so you can use them in your Google ads campaigns. The idea is to reduce the burden on your side. I am willing to help you use the audiences in your Google Ads account alongside your campaigns, etc., so that you can get clicks and conversions via the same. Dear Mark, First, I am incredibly sorry for any inconvenience we might have unknowingly caused. I tried reaching out to you via email & phone call but could not properly connect with you. So, our app puts a JS code (Javascript Code) on your every webpage, which can be easily checked by putting the keyword - AdNabu in your page source. Your website visitor automatically triggers this JS code, sending their necessary details to Google. Depending upon the eligibility of your website visitor to be shown Remarketing ads, their details are stored in the form of audiences in your Google Ads account. The necessary codes are instead stored on every webpage, including checkout. You can refer to the examples that I shared via email with you. The audiences created by our app can then be used in your Google Ads campaigns, and your online visitors will see the relevant ads on the internet as set up by you. I was going through some of the previous emails and found that you had to remove our Remarketing app later. Well, the audiences would not be populating anymore in your Google Ads account. The customer service is very responsive and helpful. So far so good. They reached via email on multiple occasions to ensure the apps were installed properly and were reporting.

It does what it says it's going to do. That's the highest praise that I can give for an app like this. You do have to pay the fee that others have said once you activate it but it's well worth the cost if you're busy and don't have time to implement code for hundreds or thousands of pages.

Good support. Delivered what we needed within seconds (It would take quite some time to have these functionalities installed manually), and the team has helped us to further modify the tags & parameters according to our needs.

Spectacular support equipment and super easy installation. I have been a week trying to install the google ad pixel correctly but I could not.Thanks to them I got it in 5 min. Great application.
It was working at first, then we weren't able to log in and the app kept getting issues every time we tried to open it. I'm not sure how long this was going on, but they were probably charging us for several months without it even working. Then the app is firing multiple analytics and remarketing tags. Removed it and the tags were fixed. Update Dec 18, 2021: Their team refunded me last months charges of $19.99. For that, I'm updating my rating from 1 to 3 stars as their CS team has been trying. The app itself just is problematic in my experience

P.S - The issues in the front end of the app were not affecting the count of the audiences in your Google Ads dashboard. The audiences were increasing according to your website traffic.

I literally spent hours of my time trying to get right the remarketing tags and have it work together with merchant center. so frustrated. then I researched about if any app is doing the job, I am glad I came across AdNabu. It's as easy as signing in your google accounts twice and you are ready. If you were like me, then you found the right app. price is the most reasonable one too.

Adnabu app has correctly set up your remarketing audiences and enabled us to use Google Adwords. The constant asking for giving a review is quite annoying though, so I'm giving one-star less because of that. Otherwise all good!
This app does exactly what its designed to do in the easiest way possible, I had an issue with it working in my theme but the developer team worked hard over a few days and got it all working perfectly and kept me updated every day as they sorted it out. Now everything is working great. A+ customer support.

It's free if you don't run any ads. What is the point of calling it free... isn't running ads the point? You'll see this after you connect your store: Please note that AdNabu remarketing pixel is free if you are not running any ads in Google Ads. If you are running ads, we will charge you a flat fee of $9.99 for that month.

This is the best app I’ve used for my business so far. I try them all but this one actually put my pixel in place and showed me how to build an ad that would get the job done! Retargeting is a must and they do it best!
