This app has been a great addition to our store for managing purchase restrictions and protecting our inventory. It gives us the flexibility to set quantity limits based on our business needs, which is especially helpful during promotions and for products with limited stock.

The supports are very patient. They helped to troubleshoot for about 2 hours while on call. So I feel reassure that when there's some problem, I can rely on the support team.

Very useful app with many helpful features to control and limit purchases. Although our request was a bit difficult because we wanted to limit purchases per day for guest customers and could not fully achieve the objective, the support team explained everything in detail and suggested alternative ways to achieve it. Their response was also very fast and professional. They promised to get back to us within 2 days, and they really did with proper updates. Really appreciate the support and service provided. Highly recommended!

Great app for setting quantity limits on products and variants. Very useful for limited products and pre-orders, especially when we need to prevent over-ordering and keep allocations fair for customers. The setup is simple and the checkout validation feature is helpful. Good value for the price

We have a shop for riders who provide service in our company with items at cost. We use the app to limit how much they can purchase per order and, most importantly, by time range, to limit how many items they can buy per year. It allows us to enforce a soft limit to our riders, and we know that only someone with bad intentions would do so. I recommend it, especially for the time range limit function.

The App is very useful and helps us manage minimum and maximum order quantities. Shopify by default does not provide a control over product quantities. I also needed additional help in the setup and Krisha from their team was very proactive and helpful in answering my questions and helping me in my setup.

We decided not to use this app because it feels very sketchy. The English is poor (“Your current subscription plan is not choose”), the feature images are blurry (Temu vibes), and there’s a strange demo cart permanently on my screen showing headphones and a phone worth €3010. Every click triggered a chatbot, which was distracting rather than helpful. The setup checklist had four links, and all four were dead, leading to another app’s domain from the same developers. When I tried to contact support, the chatbot just looped endlessly. With issues like this, I would never risk my cart or my customers’ data. We’ll be looking for another solution.

App works well to limit customers to whatever quantity you want ordered. Incremental ordering also works well. Had a conflict with another app that was installed and the support team was great in diagnosing and fixing the issue while staying in constant communication. Very much appreciated.

Worked well for an entire year. Yesterday, our checkout was broken, and we lost about 3 hours' worth of sales. Uninstalling the app was the only way to resolve the issue. I tried reaching out to support but was unable to get a quick response to allow us to troubleshoot. Unfortunately, we can't afford to let that loss of sales happen again, so we will no longer be using the app.

Works as advertised. We use the app to limit the purchase of event tickets, exclusive items and limited merchandise. The future purchase limit works to prevent repeat purchases from the same account. From time to time the app has a few quirks in the admin console and a few glitches with the Shopify checkout process that seem to always require tech support intervention, not unlike most Shopify apps. Tech support is pretty responsive, once you consider the +10:30 to +13:30 time zone shift from the United States.

It works decently and is simple to setup. But if you have time-specific product 'drops', it tends to throttle and leave users unable to check out. It works fine if you don't need to deal with heavy traffic in bursts.

This app worked the one time we used it...then today it crashed and broke our cart (confirmed by Shopify Support). When I try to open the app in Shopify admin, I get a 502 error. Needless to say, we are cancelling and uninstalling this app.

This app has been great for our needs. We offer samples to customers in hopes they love the product and come back and buy multiple packs in the future, but we don't want people to be able to order more than 2 total samples, one per size. This provides exactly what we need and is cheaper than other options available. Their customer support is also very helpful. Highly recommend!

We use this app to limit purchase quantities on certain products, its simple enough to use and easy to setup and good value for money. Update: can you leave a 0 star review? Don't let them fool you with the comment below. They reviewed nothing. Multiple excuses to explain the issue. First it wad their system updating on Wednesdays, to I wasn't syncing every week, to They are not compatible with shop. 0 review in My book! They take your money. Don't show support, dont back up the issues they have, and when the app fails to do what its supposed to do, multiple times, the developers point the blame to you. I've had the "you didn't have this on" or the "oh you weren't syncing properly" or my favorite "oh its not compatible with Shop" after they've reviewed my store more than 5 times. Yeah, buyer and person beware on this app. And I have the proof and the chats to back my story up. Horrible.

Please be cautious that this app might interfere with your theme. So make sure to test everything properly, and be ready to put some work into it. However, in our case the support was very helpful and was able to fix all the issues that occured on the way. Apart from that the app works very well in many different scenarios, and was the only one that was able to provide everything we needed. Would happily recommend it, and thanks again for your helpful support :)

オンラインショップにShopifyを利用しています。 この度は卸売専用サイトの新設にあたり、購入ロット数の設定のためこちらのアプリを導入しました。 設定した最低ロット数「5」ではなくとも、一旦カートに入れることが出来ていました。 購入手続きに進む際にアラートが出て数量の修正が必要になる。という仕様だった為、修正対応いただきました。 現在はお客さまにスムーズにご購入いただけそうで安心しています。 問い合わせに対してチャット(英語）で対応くださり、問題を解決していただきました。 丁寧な対応をしていただき、他の類似アプリより安価でコスパは良いと思います。 今後も何か気付きがあれば相談させていただきたいです。 これからもよろしくお願いします。

We needed to limit the total number of some individual products that customers could order, and within a specific category. The app does it perfectly. We haven't had need of many of the other capabilities of the app, so we can't comment on them, but it's easy to use and the support has been excellent.

We have 1 Wholesale SKU that we wanted to limit to 1 per Retailer, and this app allows for that functionality. So far, so good - no issues. Would recommend - a good app at a fair price!

We downloaded this app to give a free product to new customers but wanted to limit it to one free product. It works well now. We reached out to their developer to help us make sure the app functioned in our cart drawer as well as our page cart and it works perfectly now. Very Responsive. The app does exactly what it says it will do.

Awful. My cart is not opened with the header's cart icon when it is uninstalled. Never reply for support. I wonder most of reviews here are fact.

Simple app, very quick and responsive customer service. There may be some javascript conflicts that could happen between existing apps, but you can contact the customer support to help.
