I will update this after I figure everything out. But I have to say Omnisend's support team are truly incredible and that alone so far is a game change for a first time entrepreneur fake-it-till-ya-make it one-woman team. The Flow looks less intimidating that the horrenfous Shopify flow already!

So far so good! What sets this app apart is APRIL! Wow. I had just launched and realized my chatty wasn’t fully set up. She was so diligent. So professional. So patient. My goodness April has the patience of a saint! She treated me so very kindly and repeated the same thing in many ways until it clicked. She’s a credit to the app and a reason to stay!!
The app was quick to set up and works smoothly, but what really sets it apart is the support. From the very beginning, I had the pleasure of working with SMRITHI. She was attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful at every step. Her dedication and knowledge made the whole experience seamless. Honestly, the app is great, but the outstanding customer support takes it to another level. She is a DIAMOND!

Absolutely amazing app and an even better team. Jonas, Kellie, Anne, and the fantastic dev team went above and beyond to support me (even while on a company retreat!). As a first-time entrepreneur on a tight budget, I couldn’t ask for a better partner to grow with. Highly recommended!
