Unfortunately, this is one of the worst Shopify apps I have ever used. The interface is not intuitive at all, and almost every step comes with problems. The overall feature set is very limited and does not meet the requirements of a professional sales channel integration. Product synchronization is highly unreliable. Products do not sync correctly, images are often missing or assigned incorrectly, and meta data is not mapped properly. This makes it extremely time-consuming to maintain listings and leads to constant errors. The documentation is very poor and does not explain critical workflows or common issues. When problems occur, there is little to no helpful support available, which makes resolving issues frustrating and inefficient. Overall, this app is not ready for serious use. I cannot recommend it in any way. One of the most disappointing Shopify apps I have worked with.

We've had an excellent experience with Appstle. There are many useful features and functions, and I really appreciate the feature-request option because it shows that they listen to their customers. The support is always quick and helpful, and the entire app is a real benefit to our business.

Easy to setup, very friendly and helpful support

We had this app active for a while and only ran into problems. Sometimes updates had to be triggered manually, sometimes we had to reconfigure the settings completely. But the worst part was a serious consent mode issue: after users clicked accept or decline on the cookie banner, the pop-up showed up again on every page change. Our conversion rate dropped from 7% to 2% because of this endlessly repeating banner. There was no way to pause or even disable it temporarily. For me, this app is absolutely not recommendable! We're very sorry to hear of your issues with our app! It definitely sounds like something went wrong during an app update on your shop. Have you tried contacting our support team to get the issue(s) resolved? We respond within a business day and will do anything to get your shop and cookie banner back to its desired state.

Easy to use App with a lot of features and preconfigured templates for discount events. The app itself offers a intuitive interface with a lot of options that extends the default discount/coupon behavior from shopify. We use it as a great sales boost and the support from Skai Lama is excellent and very friendly. Would recommend it!

Einfach eine Katastrophe diese App. Die Z-Berichte können nicht digital per PDF an die Buchhaltung/Steuerberater gesendet werden, teilweise wird die TSE aufgrund "technischer Probleme" nicht gedruckt und auch sonst ist es eine Unverschämtheit, dafür Geld zu verlangen.

Easy to use app with a lot of great features. we needed offline and online gift card and that extension solves all the issues we had before with the "normal" gift cards from shopify. support is also very fast, friendly and helpful.

The plugin is great, the handling is intuitive and super easy. I was looking for exactly such a plugin to sell product variants better and to give customers the best shopping experience. The support is faster than light and extremely polite and competent. I would recommend this plugin anytime.
