We kept dealing with bot attacks that were impacting our customer and order records plus muddying our email marketing. This happened for weeks and I was unsure how to fix it. Not only have the attacks stopped but Armex helped me set up the app to make sure it was configured properly.
This app has greatly helped the function of our site, having used it for over a year now. When support was needed, Fatima and Eugenia have provided wonderful support and have been very helpful.

This app is absolutely incredible. The customization options allow us to offer exactly what information our customers need for our packing slips and product slips AND print them in bulk without having to tediously go back and forth, shaving minutes off of every single order processed. We can also provide the customers with an official invoice (especially helpful for taxes) at the simple press of a button, without us having to do any additional work. Even better, we are able to create labels for our inventory, which includes the creation of barcodes and SKUs. We can also audit our inventory all within the app to make sure we never run out of what our customers need most. This app has been a game changer for us. We were literally using FOUR different apps to accomplish what this app does in one. And customer service has been impeccable. Rezolve has been a dream to work with and truly wants to make sure we have the best experience. Absolutely worth the price.
Super happy with this app! They have been incredibly helpful in making sure that our labels are functioning correctly, which was no easy feat given that the images are different dimensions in pretty much every placement. But they helped QUICKLY and with complete ease and made sure everything looked wonderful at every turn.
