By far the best AI chatbot out there. We tried so many options and they are all either prone to hallucinations, too hard to configure or some combination of both. Our onboarding was largely hands-off (it uses your site's content) and the Saywhatt team are borderline obsessive about making sure the bot does not hallucinate. And (somewhat miraculously) it has literally never hallucinated. We sell complex products and it's been an incredible piece of the customer journey for us. Their team also happens to be fantastic people. Highly recommended.

No-brainer for anyone using Klaviyo. Picks up customer data (in a non-skeevy way) that you're otherwise missing. Nothing gray/black hat, like many other competitors in the space. Just legitimate data from customers who have opted-in that you can use to help them find the product they want.

Overall game-changer in terms of operational flexibility. We wouldn't be able to run our business without it. Would LOVE to be able to duplicate blocks within a flow, but that's my only gripe!

Klaviyo is an absolute essential marketing tool if your business even has a modicum of complexity to the types of communications you send out. The flows are infinitely custom + the analytics are top-notch. They are without peers in the industry.

Still early days using the app but it is clearly VERY powerful and well thought-out. Incredible potential here and excited to grow with them.
