Difficult to use you could have also mentioned that you just installed the app to put negative review and uninstalled the app within hour. I hope shopify team already looking these kind of fake stores and take action.
Took me a little time to import all my Etsy review because I had so many listings. I work great getting it to look better, I needed help. I reached out to the help desk I got a very quick response, there were very helpful and I got every fixed.
Have removed app. Did not do what we needed. Asked for help uninstalling code that we did not realise would get added to our theme as a result of installing. Silence. Despite claiming they will help if you aren't sure what you are doing with this. No care whether the app has slowed down performance. I hate writing bad reviews but the person who initially replied, Vishal, has ignored all subsequent chaser messages. Also asked for refund as we had not used the app at all while I was waiting for their replies. Silence on this too. Very, very poor customer service. Would think twice before installing as you may be left like this
Very difficult to set, paid for the last 3 months, not a single review has shown in my store.no support system. No user manual. The app is great... but awful support... they never both to reply to customer queries... and when they do, they just fob you off with some poor response Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you but we have already replied to your every mail, please check your spam folder if you are not able to find. there may be delay in some response due to timezone difference, but we always try to respond as soon as possible. Thank You.
This app is great. Exactly what we are looking for. It's user-friendly, has the features needed, and the support team is very helpful.
I liked how each review is linked on different product pages, I only saw ones that didn't have that function. Customer service is fast and they were really kind:)
I been using Reviews Importify for a few months now and it is great! I needed an affordable product review app for my website and this one looks good and works great. Been using this app for some time and I can't tell you enough how easy and wonderful its been using it helping my customers get an honest review from my store and other sites. Plus, the customer service from the developer is simply amazing A+ service. Quick and responsive.
I've only had this app a couple of days but it's fantastic & does exactly what it says it can do....and with so little complications. Compared to a couple of others that claim to transfer Etsy reviews this is the best by far. The process is smooth, simple & reliable. Did have a small issue with the code once it was installed but Vishal has been so quick to offer support & fixed within a few hours. Very impressed & a great example of a simple, no fuss app that is easy to use. Highly recommended.

I love this app! It is time consuming to set up when you have as many products to import as I have but Vishal has been guiding every step of the way and has stepped in and accomplished what I was not capable of doing. Reviews are tremendously important and I am thrilled to be bringing mine over from Etsy, where I've sold for years, to my shop on Shopify. Once up the app runs itself.
Have attempted to use several review apps that allow me to pull from other platforms and this is the best. Incredibly easy to integrate my Etsy reviews with my shopify site. The reviews section looks good on my site as well. Ran into a snag when I changed themes and support responded super quickly to help fix.
Support from vishal is very responsive and helpful. Using this app for a long time now and its worth it.

If you have Etsy reviews that you'd like to transfer to your website, this app I think is the best and I've tried a couple for Etsy review transfers. Even after I switched themes and the reviews didn't show, I reached out to customer service and they helped out quickly. Highly recommend this app. It's worth it!!!
I've been selling on Etsy for 8 years. Transfer reviews was very easy, awesome customer service, very fast responding and helped me to solve any issue or question I had. Highly recommend to anyone.

I have installed this app to all my 3 shopify shops, as I now have ~4000 cusomer reviews for my exclusive products in my marketplace stores at etsy and all amazon domains. My reviews are now visible to my shopify products as well. This app is really helpfull if you want to import reviews from any marketplace. The procedure is simple, the app is fully and easy customizable for language, fonts, colors etc Vishal, who developed this app, is a trully polite and proffesional partner with real technical knowledge. The latest update to this App (March 2020) is worth doing. It's easier to use and has a lot more functionality. The support for this app is excellent! Vishal was very helpful and quick to reply. I wanted our Amazon reviews to appear on our home page...I tried to get it done myself at first, but got stuck. Vishal took over as a Collaborator on our site and got it working. Thanks Vishal! And the app settings allow a lot of filtering so you can control how reviews appear on your Shopify site.

The absolute best rating APP I have come across on Shopify! Easy install and automatic synching abilities, but the most important part is that Vishal (Developer) is super hands on and extremely helpful and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend this app!

What an amazing app! So easy to install with Vishal's help. He responded promptly with images and clear instructions. I was so excited to see all my Amazon reviews synched with my Shopify store with excellent display. I set this up a few hours before sending traffic to my shop so perfectly timed.
As a Amazon Seller, we know that reviews are critical and have a direct effect on sales no matter what platform you sell on. I was pleasantly surprised to find this app in the Shopify app store but because we have a custom template, we asked and received quick assistance from tech support (Vishal). He was quick and efficient in custom installing the app and it looks AMAZING! We will be a regular customer for these guys and I highly recommend this app for carrying over your Amazon reviews for the products you sell on Amazon. Thanks again!
The app is great, we have the option of how to show reviews, and in what order. You can do the sync but also import custom, depending on what you want, so we like that flexibility. I have to also commend Vishal - he's been wonderful and always quickly responsive to anything we needed. I'm terrible with code, so it's a relief to have someone both knowledgeable and quick to help. I've asked him a lot of questions, and I've always had my questions answered in a prompt fashion. So yeah I really recommend this app, it takes the pain of downloading a csv file and reorganizing things, and you have a great developer who is always willing to help. Definitely worth it.

This app is so powerful. I just install yesterday and enter the asin, today I find many reviews under my products. So amazing it does. And also the customer is very kind and helpful, she/he replys to me very quickly and useful. I like the app and the customer very much. Recommend!
App does what it is supposed to do. Surface is good to use. Customer support is fast and very supportive. Helped us to fix problems and custom requests immediately. Vishal provides really awesome support. If for any reason you have issues with the App, he will make it work for you, even the problem is related to the theme. Really great!
Easy to use,warm support after sale. we know less about the code. The developer immediately contact us,help our store edit code, add review star badge under product title. store's feeling looks better now. If your Amamzon store has a lot of reviews, this is a Good Apps.

I contacted the developer on a Sunday night to assist me with a development matter. He responded within minutes and fixed my issue; great customer service. If you want your Amazon reviews to show on your Shopify page, this is the app to do it!
We have been primarily selling on Amazon until now, and we have Amazon reviews that we want to use on our Shopify site. This app is the perfect solution since it imports our Amazon reviews into our Shopify store. Shopify customers can submit reviews as well. The app is super easy to setup -- it took just a few minutes to enter our Amazon ASINs into Shopify, and a short while later, our Amazon reviews appeared on our Shopify product pages. After installing this app, we asked the developer (Vishal) to edit our code so the reviews lined up properly with our page, and he did it right away and it looks perfect. Vishal also moved the reviews higher on our product pages, which looks better and makes them more visible. Vishal was very responsive -- note that he is in India, so due to the time difference, it can take half a day or so to hear back from him sometimes; at certain times of the day (early morning for me), he responded right away; be patient, he will get back to you. Vishal also made some other helpful recommendations for our site. This app is a good value and will help us convert customers and make more sales by providing shoppers with helpful customer feedback.
Takes much more than the 2 trial days to integrate, as support is in India. The bulk upload on ASIN's only works for certain plans, so you need to add one by one, that can take a long time as shopify does not have your ASIN's. The dev, offered to do it if I give it to him in a file, so that was nice. Support is out of India so it takes about 24 hours to respond. I have no idea if this works as I am still waiting for their support to look at why it's not working for me. I will update once this is done and works for me.
This app allows you to have your reputation from Amazon on your website. It shows your customers they they can trust you and your products. Great product. Also, the customer service from Vishal was top of the line. We requested things to improve the app and in less than 12 hours they changes were made on multiple occasions.
The App works exactly as advertised. I now have Amazon reviews showing up on my shopify store for my products that I sell in both my shopify store and on Amazon. You can pick and choose which products you want to show the reviews and leave the others alone. Great app. Customer support from Vishal has been very quick and so very helpful in getting the reviews to show exactly where I want them to in my Theme. Great work Vishal.

This is a good app that does exactly what it says it does, and Vishal was very quick to respond when I needed help. The only thing that I suggest is making the app's interface easier to understand. The FAQ page says to use the "import tab" for bulk syncing multiple ASIN, and it took me about 30 min of searching to realize that this isn't offered in the lowest tier package. Also, the code snippets on the install guide page are blank. Other than that, it works great once you figure it out and I'll probably use it again when the need arises.
The app does exactly what it is supposed to but the jewel in the crown is the support I received from Vishal. Quick, professional assistance to help us tweak the UX. 5 Stars all the way!!
Exactly what we needed! This app is amazing to profit from the reviews you already collected on amazon. Simply connect each product in your shop with the ASIN and you are good to go. Also, you can import older reviews collected from former apps and allow customers to add their reviews via your shop, as well. It's kind of all in one. On top of that, the support is super fast, helpful and ambitious.

I used Vishal's review downloading service to get all my reviews from my Amazon listing, and he was super efficient and effective. He had it done within a few hours and just perfect.
