Great app, it's very useful and has great customer support. I had a couple of issues in the beginning and a member of the support team was quick to address and solve the issue. I'd definitely recommend it.

My biggest mistake was choosing this app. I tried to customize the reviews widget and it wouldn't change absolutely anything. But the worst part is definitely the customer service because they take 30+ hours to reply. I have used more than 8 reviews app before and I've never seen customer support taking so long to reply to a simple question

Great app for reviews and for email review requests, with a lot of great functions and options to customize. Their customer service chat is fantastic, they're all super helpful and replied to me within 1-2 minutes everytime I had a question.
5-star customer support, they reply in a few seconds in their chat. The app works well and is very simple and easy to use

The best tracking app for Shopify hands down, and I've used a few different ones. The customer service is really good, they are super nice and helpful and reply within a few minutes in the live chat which is awesome
