Chaitali was a great help today!
We've been using JOIN for a while now, and it has been amazing. We use it mostly for product demonstrations, testimonials, and inspiration. We replicated the Insta stories design on our mobile PDPs, which extends the social media experience on our store and is very effective. Great support from the team, and it now works with multiple currencies. Highly recommend!
Suki was really helpful and available whenever we had an enquiry. The Launch package was super helpful and allowed us to manage the launch without internal dev work. Recommend!

Thank you for the fantastic review! 🌟 We're so pleased to hear that Suki was able to assist you effectively and that our Launch package made your rollout smooth and straightforward. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we look forward to continuing to support your success!
If we were to choose a review platform again, we'd choose Okendo without blinking. Their team helped us customise the review widget to our custom theme; integration is seamless, and customer service is always reactive. When we moved to Shopify Markets, Josh migrated the reviews and adjusted our plan. Really helpful when you're busy.
