We had been using another developer's paid product for over a year, and it seemed to only trend worse over time. After several reports of abandoned carts due to shipping errors, I had to take action as that developer had poor communication skills (no responses to emails, unavailable when ringing phones). Enter Easyship. As the name implies, it really is! We have two warehouse locations in different countries, with different region-specific carrier rate accounts. A few simple rules, and with a test profile, we were test-shipping error-free, with ACCURATE rates. The level of confidence I have in this product vs. the competitor's is VERY high.
Shashi Kumar explained things more thoroughly and helped us with some setup issues we were having. Now we should be able to ship using the advertised rates.
The customer service has been phenomenal. We use QuickBooks Desktop, and coming from Connex due to their pricing structure. There were some unique variables we had in place due to Connex's sync, and the support at Parex was outstanding in getting our app to sync using the same strategy without losing any data. I'd give them 6 stars out of 5 if I could. Well done team, keep up the great work.
This app has been wonderful to use, so far. We are a tuning company that distributes custom tuning files to thousands of customers, and we were often getting blocked by spam guards and customers were not receiving their files. Now, we can simply load the file up and AnyAsset sends the email, and the file is stored on a server so that if the customer happens to lose it, we can have any of our staff resend it. SUCH a time saver. The developer is also extremely helpful and quick to resolve any requests for modification. If you often find yourself having to distribute lots of custom/unique files, this is your app! Thanks for the review. We are really happy to hear the app is a good solution for you.
