Add on to initial review below - upgraded to five stars for a few reasons: 1. Team is very responsive at the moment. Other Devs have been in the past, then service declined as numbers of customers increased but, hopefully they don't follow the pattern. Great service at the moment, though. 2. They've addressed many of my concerns and have deployed more than one improvement since I started working with their App a few weeks ago. Super excited about the ChatGPT and Claude plug-ins! 3. A lot of my initial issues were due to me not reading any documentation so, I started with 3 stars, moved them to 4 and finally settled on 5. Who reads docs anyway? LOL That being said, I really hope we get a filter that allows us to order based on ABC classification. Our catalog is rather large and growing weekly: we don't always want to restock everything, some things are a one time buy so, being able to only restock A and B titles would be extremely helpful. ------- Only been using it for a day but excited to see where the devs take this app. 4 stars for now because the app lacks a few functionalities that would take it from good to great: 1, The predictive restock functionality is pretty decent, but lacks any ability to narrow down your restocks by any criteria. It needs things like being able to narrow down purchase order creation more (all items tagged with, items that sold in the last 7 days, etc.). Right now, it generates purchase orders based on whatever it thinks you need to restock from a Vendor: there is no way to narrow that selection down other than to delete items by hand. 2. Purchase orders are created with 'split' destinations between multiple locations. There is no way to change that destination in the purchase order. 3. There is no 'merge' functionality for multiple purchase orders that arrive as one shipment. Despite these deficiencies in the purchase order functionality, the receiving process is smooth, easy to understand and well guarded against errors. Hoping to come back with an edit to this review with a bump up to five stars.

Thank you for the review and the thoughtful feedback! Good news on your first point: you can already narrow down restocks. On the Reorder page click on ‘More filters’ which lets you filter by supplier, product tags, product type, and sales activity (for example, items that sold in the last 7, 30, or 90 days), focus on a single location, and hide small suggested quantities, then create the purchase order from your exact selection. If you get stuck, our support team is happy to walk you through it! On the other features you mentioned: all valid! We launched just a few weeks ago and ship updates weekly, so these are the sort of improvements you can expect to see very soon. We put a lot of care into building Stockroom, and providing Shopify sellers with a free yet reliable purchasing and receiving tool. So it’s great to hear the receiving flow is working well for you! Thanks again, and we would love to earn that fifth star soon.
This app is so GOOD! I've been looking for an loyalty system that closely resembles our existing one (we're jumping POS systems to Shopify soon) and this one nailed it! One of the few ones that allows you to truly customize how points are earned. The team is super responsive and super helpful: they've been able to assist with the few issues (template compatibility) and have always answered my questions cordially, punctually and effectively. Highly recommended!
Price doubled overnight from $10 to $20. It does what it says it does, but doubling the price without any increase in functionality means that we will be shopping around for something that does the same ... for less.

Thank you for your review. We understand your concerns regarding the price adjustment for BR Pick List Pro. On the Shopify App Store, basic picklist applications are typically priced under $10, while full-featured apps range from $20 to $300. We've added many new features and improvements to our app based on feedback from our customers. Our full-featured picklist app now offers automated fulfillment, multi-location support, grouping and sorting, barcode scanning, product locations, picklist sharing, exports, history, and printing. At $20 USD, BR Pick List Pro is currently the most affordably priced full-featured Shopify pick, pack, and fulfill app in the market. Our team also develops and maintains two other Shopify apps. Our dedicated full-time developers and support team are our most valuable asset and also our primary expense. We no longer have part-time staff, and the revised pricing structure enables them to focus entirely on improving and supporting our Shopify apps. Thank you for your continued support. EDIT: updated to 3 star after the devs took the time to virtual meet with me and ask for input/what would make it work for our business/etc. Have not had time to go back in and check it out again but: a) Commitment to listening speaks volumes, b) They've enacted some fixes that should make it go faster (will test) and c) There's added functionality that is coming later this month (will test that as well, but it sounds promising on paper). Original review: Only one day in on testing this but, so far, it's a major disappointment. We have a large-ish number of SKUs in our Shopify catalog (30,000 and growing) and Tightly is simply chocking on it. Everything I try to do is S L O W .... Click on something, wait. Finish populating, try to select something, wait. And a lot of the bulk functions I am trying to implement don't even have a 'select all' option: I have to click on each one and (you guessed it): wait. I'll give it a few days to see if things improve as I poke around but, right now it looks like this is NOT a solution for shops that carry more than a few hundred SKUs. Review revision coming IF things improve.
Vastly improved, but could use more sophisticated search parameters when adding products to collections: we have almost 30,000 SKU so, hand processing can be a burden.
If I could give this zero stars, I would. Within minutes of connecting our store to Roblox, we received dozens of violations leading to our account termination. The the Roblox bots are incorrectly identifying merchandise as either sexual in nature (picture of a group of pirate miniatures with a shirtless male pirate) OR attempting to redirect users off-site (a picture of the packaging for a puzzle). With over 29,000 SKUs in our active inventory, we don't think this integration is ready for prime time so, unless you feel like vetting all your pictures or arguing with the Roblox mod bots, I suggest you save your time and don't bother even installing this app.
Currently syncing 3 marketplaces, working on the 4th. The experience varies a bit from marketplace to marketplace but, overall the app seems to be doing what it's supposed to. 4 stars vs 5 because, in a few short months, I've had to open at least two support tickets for odd glitches (bulk templating not working in Target, inventory sync switched to 'off' in Amazon) that cannot be explained. Needless to say, it makes me jittery: inventory sync problems across platforms are a serious concern. Hoping the team improves the app over time.
Easy to setup and a whole heck of a lot better than the original 'Newsletter signup' function which only requested an email address. Just started using it and waiting for the first submission so, leaving it at four stars for now. Of note: the hyperlink function in 'Consent disclaimer (optional)' and 'Success' don't work in Firefox. The form either locks up or nothing happens (I suspect it's a pop-up blocker issue, as ir worked fine in Edge).
Look, it's free, which is nice: my other bundler is costing me $15 a month for what I consider pretty basic functionality for an eCommerce platform. It works, so 3 stars for that but, if you're selling in multiple sales channels, you should be aware of the fact that it currently only works in your online store: you won't be able to sync your bundles on marketplaces such as Amazon, WalMart or the like. Makes it a non-starter for us but, hopefully, we can see that functionality from the Shopify team in the future.
It's an okay start, but the browser based functionality is where we need to be. As it stands, you can't even set a conversation to closed from a browser. Piping everything thorough a phone app means you're forcing a company to use someone's personal device to monitor messages, rather than having a team take care of it.
