The App was uninstalled without any Notification & didn't tracked any orders for 2 months. - Now I'm trying to remove my paypal hold, because I reached the limit & see that this app wasn't working for 2 months. - My request to increase the limitation will be most likely rejected by paypal now.

Hello Rustam Mutaew, Sorry for having to deal with this situation with Paypal. We have been trying to reach out to you to let you know that the issue of the TrackiPal app getting uninstalled from your store without you knowing it is something that can't be done from our side as we don't have access to your store. Our app was removed from your store by a local user you have setup on your account but not by us remotely. As of now, We can still see you as an active client for TrackiPal; please let us know if there is anything we can do for you from our side to help fix your situation with PayPal. We needed feeds in multiple languages and multiple currencies. No problem with this app, as the Support is very responsive & helpful.
Slowed my Store down. On every Page where it was you could not scroll or click anything for 2-3 Seconds, because the Recently Reviewed Carousel was creating itself. The App is buggy as well.

Hi, We have already checked your store before, and we informed you that app will never slow down your store. There is some theme issue on which you feel like the app creating the problem but it's wrong. More than 2000+ stores are using our app, and we never get this type of complaint. I suggest you to double cross-check on your store theme and let me know if I can help you with that. Thanks!

Great App to automate Processes of tagging Products. I set up a good System to tag all my products based on their Sub-Niches and this App helped very much doing so.
Helpcenter in the App is not working and the Cookie Bar shows in Switzerland also, that isn't part of the EU. I found that out after 2 months and never wanted my swiss customers to see that, because i know it has impact on the conversion, even if its low. But because of the missinformation i didn't knew it.
