Really easy to use app, quite intuiative and you can have tests up and running in minutes. The customer service is also great. I had a big issue blocking me from getting the test live and they quickly jumped on it, listen to my (very poorly explained!) issues and help deliver a fix within 24 hours. I have been very impressed with so far.
Loyalty Lion has been incredible, both on the technical aspects of the platform and their customer service team. Shoutout to Sathiya for their continued support and eagerness to help us solve any technical problems. We really appreciate the entire team, they are always on hand to support.

Great app, easy to use and manage reviews.
One of the best apps I've ever used on Shopify. Really easy to get to grips with, super easy to implement with the website and not just a shoddy pop up. Looks great, fab work, guys.
Platform in it's core product is really good, the ability to add products at the cart helps drive revenue and increase AOV. Some of the other features are pretty buggy though and haven't work particularly well for us so far, but the support I have received from our account manager Monica has always been extremely attentive and fast to look at the issues.
