I highly recommend Armex! Ashley provided exceptional customer service! She was knowledgeable, patient, and quick to respond to all of my questions. She guided me through each step and made sure my website's Proxy Mode and Bridge Mode were configured correctly. Most importantly, Armex is the only app that successfully stopped the bots from attacking our website. We tried other apps, but nothing else worked. I appreciate Ashley's professionalism and Armex's outstanding protection!
I had an excellent experience with Blockify support. Demi was extremely helpful and took the time to review my entire setup to make sure everything was configured correctly. We have been dealing with ongoing bot activity and fake customer account registrations, and Demi provided several additional ways to block suspicious IP addresses, email patterns, and other fraudulent activity that I wasn't aware of. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping solve the problem. The support was fast, professional, and very thorough. Exactly what we were looking for! ReelUp has been a fantastic addition to our website. It’s easy to use, and we love being able to display videos directly on each product page. It helps bring our products to life and gives customers a much better understanding of the features and functionality of each purse. Plus, their support team was quick to respond when we needed help. We’ve just started using the app, but we believe it will help increase our sales. Highly recommend!
We’ve had a fantastic experience with the Selleasy app! It’s extremely user-friendly, easy to set up, and the pricing is very reasonable. One of the best things about Selleasy is that it doesn’t charge a percentage once you reach a certain threshold, unlike many other upsell apps. We recently had an issue where a few of our upsell products weren’t showing in the cart. Sudhan from Selleasy went above and beyond to help us. He worked with us patiently until the issue was completely resolved. The customer support is absolutely outstanding, and they genuinely care about their users’ success. Excellent customer service! I changed to a new theme in which the wholesale pricing was not displaying properly. I contacted support and Wholesale Helper integrated the wholesale app to our new theme within six hours. It now works beautifully! This app is the perfect tool for integrating retail and wholesale into one Shopify store. We could not be more pleased with the outcome and their excellent customer service. Thank you!!!
