We cannot recommend this app and really miss the old Shopify Review app just because of how easy it was to use. This Stamped Review app is extremely slow, super glitchy and we seem to have to contact support often because of something popping up and not working. I will say they do respond to customer service in a reasonable time and get our issues resolved but I don't feel so many issues should be happening this often. We are just not happy with the sluggish performance and always dealing with issues with reviews either not posting, how you cannot block or now even delete consistent spam reviews, the sluggish load times which have improved a little recently, not showing a "Thank You" so your customer knows the review went through like we are dealing with now, etc. We are just getting tired of the constant issues we are experiencing with this app and having to reach out to support. If we find things improve we are happy to change our review but so far not so good I'm sorry to say.
Absolutely amazing app to add a promo code field to your cart page! The one we used before this one always had issues but this one has been working perfectly. They were also very helpful in editing the design so it aligns with our store. Highly recommend!!!
Fantastic app and customer service. I had a special request that they handled for me quickly. I highly recommend this app for your ADA needs.

I cannot recommend this app enough. They are so helpful and really helped us with our Google Merchant accouunt.
Loved this app before it was managed by a new company to my understanding as it does not work with products that have options now, it only shows "Add to Cart" buttons when we need "View Product" buttons as we had before. No one notified us that "Add to Cart" buttons would be put back into our pop ups so we have a ton of orders with no options selected by the customers and we are having to email customers one by one who aren't happy. Tried to ask support for help to no avail. It states features "Design & language customization" but yet no one can help us change the "Add to Cart" buttons back to "View Product" buttons like we had before Bold sold this app to a different company? Really sad as we used to love this app but no one has helped us fix this issue and they simply stopped communicating. Had to delete and find a different app. UPDATE: After multiple emails back and forth with very vague replies, my developer was able to figure out with the assistance of the app how to edit the "Add to Cart" buttons to be "View Product" so I have adjusted my review since we were finally able to get this fixed from 1 star to 4.

We sincerely apologize for the issues you’ve experienced when the integration did not work as expected. Your feedback is valuable to us, and will help us to do better in the future. While you can customize the design using CSS and HTML, the customization you required needed a bit more complex adjustment using other programming languages. Great for adding in more product options. Just wish they allowed you to add barcode numbers to the product options for scan and packing

I am so glad I added this app to my store. It really helped to give it a professional look and more options for my customers. Their support team is very responsive and helpful getting set up and editing code as needed.
