Great app and amazing support! We've struggled a lot with finding a gift card app that integrates with our email platform and this was a huge win to find Giftnote! Nick has been awesome to work with and helped with our entire set up and post launch questions. I highly suggest using them!

Great app but most importantly the best customer service I have ever received. Their team, especially Sid, is always responding promptly and always willing to help us in any way. I really appreciate their help with our random questions and requests that we keep throwing at them.
This app is allowing us to do preorders easily! It's very simple to use and the splitting of orders is exactly what we needed in order to make preorders work for us! Jesse has been great at answering our questions and responds very quickly! We just launched preorders last week and everything seems to be working great for us. Very happy we found this app!
We just got it, but so far it has been really easy to use and set up. I also ran into an issue and was able to get it resolved quickly with their support team. Also - SUPER NICE! Pauline helped me out and it was a really great experience! Excited to keep working with their team and this product!

At www.ThreeBirdNest.com we are a growing online boutique and sell women's fashion apparel and accessories. We were utilizing several different solutions which created many points for errors and lag times on order processing. Since we have moved over to Ship Hero we ship orders same day, have accurate inventory counts, every item has a location and it's an EASY to use system. The team is amazing to work with, great support especially in the on boarding process which for us was a lot since we were moving over several different programs into one. There is way less manual work involved in order processing and we have one place to check for shipments, inventory, processing and orders. Couldn't be happier to give them 5 stars. It really has been a business MUST have for us!
