Hello, We are sorry we made such a negative impression on you and we are devastated to see you consider our company to be scammers. Even though we indeed catch some bugs in our product, our development team is always ready to fix them as quickly as possible. It's also sad to see you consider our support team useless. We were indeed facing a high load of tickets at the time of your review. However, we greatly appreciate your feedback on this matter. We fully understand that support is one of the most significant business features. In light of this, we hired more support agents and had team training to improve our service quality. Now our team is bigger and stronger so feel free to contact us anytime you have questions. We will make sure to help you faster this time and provide you with the customer service you deserve! Best wishes, Searchanise team
New updates on the app make it worthless to use, and basic features like import reviews are not working anymore.
It's helped me streamline my workflows and stay on top of my business operations. If you're a small business owner, you need this app!
