its ok but sometimes i can't access messages from my customers. I get the notification on my phone. When I go to the inbox the messages do not appear. I have tried refreshing my browser and everything. Please help.

Omnisend and shopify is a good partnership. However I wish i could embed videos so my so my customers dont leave the email. Without using a 3rd party interface.
