The app is serving our needs well. At first there were some challenges with the UI that made for a not optimal user experience, but after some back and forth with them they ultimately agreed to fix the issues. So now we would recommend it and are planning to use it on another of our Shopify stores.
The app is easy to use and the support is amazing - fast and courteous. We use this app on all 3 of our sites are are really happy with it.
Works well, and the support has been good. Would definitely recommend it.

This is not a useful app. The automatic translation is all or nothing, including archived / obsolete products, URL handles so your links break, etc. There is no way so choose what you want and don't want translated without a very tedious manual process. Choose something else...
Their customer service is wonderful! Katherine and Jelson helped us with a problem we couldn't solve by ourselves. They made the process super simple and quick! Definitely a great experience.

Works really well. We have been using for over a year and it is quite reliable and does what we need it to do.
Great app, easy enough to configure and works well. The support is great, they even added a feature that we needed that wasn't there before.
We had to give up on it because it is sooo slow. Forms would sometimes take 30 to 60 seconds to load on the page. Hello EMF Harmony, I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues.
