The app is very user friendly, and getting it up and running is a breeze. The team behind it is very accommodating and ready to help, with an incredible mission. A great and simple way to start making your green initiatives work with your store.

This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The app failed to provide a label at one point because the line item had no cost - it was an item we had gifted to a customer by discounting it 100% and needed to return it back to us, and were trying to issue a label using Automizely's Postmen and Returns Centre apps. The app said there was an error because the line item "could not be valued at zero". I reached out to the support email, as per their instructions, and they told me they would look into it. The company Automizely, who makes this app, has very fast response times to issues initially, but their customer service reps very rarely have an answer to the questions being asked. They initially respond quickly and then inform me that they will get back to me "shortly", "soon", "as soon as possible", or that they are "escalating it to another team" and then don't actually provide a solution. It has now been over one week that I have been waiting for a simple return shipping label in a day and age that customers expect fast service. Our customer has been waiting patiently for a return label, and naturally I will have to go and find another service to get the label, because this company is absolutely useless when it comes to solutions being provided. I have asked multiple times even for a rough ETA - is it one day? One week? One month? And they ignore the question. They ignore, or fail to understand most questions, and it is hands down the worst customer service I have seen from any of the apps in the Shopify store. They have failed to actually provide me with a solution, and I have literally wasted hours in chats with them trying to get very simple answers out of them, and they can't do it. Being quick to respond is useless if you never provide a solution. That is exactly what Automizely is like.

So far the app is easy to setup - in SOME ways - and the customer supposrt is initially very responsive... but then they take forEVER to answer questions, frequently do not understand the questions in the first place, frequently do not READ the questions properly, and need to send very simple requests such as "cancel my subscription" to another "team". Customer service requests go round and round and round and my experience has been extremely frustrating. Definitely considering looking for another option as soon as I can get one setup.

Justuno rules. It just rules. The customer service is reliable and thorough. they go above and beyond.

The app has a lot of functions, and makes it quick and easy to design pages that look more like what I want to see, outside of the limitations of our Shopify Theme, without paying a developer. And their customer service was quick to respond and efficient.

We were really excited to find this app. You never know how the developer is going to respond with some of these apps found on the Shopify app store, but in this case, they were very responsive, and our customer support ninja, Lax, was bang on and very helpful. Everything is running smoothly and has made our store that much better.

Derek was suuuuuuper helpful in getting us all setup and running smoothly. The app is pretty effortless, and offers a branded seamless referral program.

The app created sales easily enough, but it is extremely glitchy. It would randomly turn on sale prices on certain items after a sale was ended, or it would fail to turn the sale prices off of select products within a sale group randomly. Hopefully they can iron these kinks out, and then they may have a pretty functional app in future. Also didn't like that I couldn't edit the products I wanted in a sale using a CSV. It made creating the sales much too slow.
