Great little app. Very easy to use and set up was pretty much auto done.
Excellent. I booked a call for custom assistance. The consultant was on time. Understood what I needed help with and had solved the problem in under 10 minutes.

Was super easy to install and set up. I had a slight issue with the app syncing with my theme but Amy fixed it same day. As such, I can vouch for excellent service and an app that does exactly what I wanted and looks great too
Eric has been extremely helpful and responsive to all requests during the installation of the app for my website. He's gone above and beyond, is easy to deal with and provides sound advice.
The support for Linh has been amazing. We went back and forward a few times today trying to get a couple of issues sorted for me. Each communication was professional and progressed us toward a 100% resolution. I have been using the app successfully for quite some time and it was the first time I needed assistance. I have no hesitation in recommending the app and support to other business owners.
I couldn't find the answer I needed so I decided request help via the Chat. My response was almost instant and assistance/solution provided within a few minutes. Great service from Kaiser who managed to translate my very non-technical explanation of what I needed and assist me. Thanks heaps :)

Easy to set up and flexible with look of the pop up in terms of design options and colours to match your brand etc. Customer service also very prompt.
simple and easy to use so far. Video tutorials located throughout are very helpful too.
Nice app. Worked immediately without fuss. Found issues and provided steps on how to fix.
