Bad service, they do not reply to texts or emails. Leave you hanging. Our shopify POS kept saying failed to load, I tried reaching the customer service, NO RESPONSE!
Having just come from a monstrous experience with Tik Tok customer service that lasted days, speaking to automated bots and no resolution after four days, It was a pleasure to speak with Nick on The Shopify Connector who jumped in and helped me resolve syncing issues immediately. He stayed every step of the way and walked through everything with me until it was perfect again. A real gem!
Good, easy to use system for adding basic offers to your site. You will not need any coding knowledge - plug and play. Customer service is awesome - their representative spent ages with me to troubleshoot on a Holiday Weekend. Very Good Service! :)

I tried a few restock apps and this was the best. Their customer service answered within seconds and literally tweaked it in front of my eyes so it looked perfect. Very impressed!
