I used this App for over a year paying $29 a month. Had issues at the beginning and support tech named Olivier would fix it right away. Now over the past month inventory wasn't syncing with new items listed on Amazon. I put in a ticket a some new guy answers and asks a question. I would reply and then no answer. A week went by and I put in a new ticket and he would ask a question again and I would reply. Then I wouldn't hear from him again. At this point I'm getting frustrated. I put in another ticket and he asked another question again and I replied. Again no answer from him. Over 1 month of this goes by. The negative reviews are correct with this app. Customer Service is horrible. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! If I understand the terms of service when you install their app. When you upload your artwork to their app. You grant them unlicensed and royalty free agreement for them to do whatever they want with the artwork. That means they can sell it on their own website with giving any kind of commission for it. I don't agree with that. Thank you for your review. to clarify the "royalty-free "part of our terms and conditions mentioned in your review. Client Right to Grant License (# 5.1) This basically means that you ensure that you have received the permission from your customer to print the picture. Please note this is a general agreement which covers different use cases, including for instance end customer uploading their pictures through our partners websites. Limited License to End-Customer and Transaction Information (5.2) This is to give Picanova the possibility to carry out pre-printing, printing and fulfillment operations. Just to make you an example: when you upload your motive and you configure it, out of it we will need to generate the relevant print file which implies to crop, add margins, etc. - so by accepting this terms you are just allowing us to make sure that your print file will be generated and your order will be processed. Limited License to Clients Intellectual Property (5.3) In some cases, for example for canvases, we print our partners logo on the artwork backside. This is obviously appreciated by our customers, but since they own their brands, they have to explicitly grant us the permission to do so. So, I would like to reinsure you that we are not distributing or selling in any way our partners artworks. We know they are your most precious asset!

It is the best app for a shopify store. It helps us to grow the audience for retargeting and to introduce new products

I used this app when they airwave something and used to ship within 2-3 days. Then they rebranded and everything went downhill. Now orders take 10+ to ship and they tracking numbers are missing numbers. I contacted customer support about it and they acknowleged that they were incorrect. Several months later and they still haven't fixed them. I give them an extra star because the quality of the shirts are good but it's not them that make it. They're just a middleman. If you don't mind the shipping times and the quality of the shirt than this is the app for you. If you sell on Amazon or Ebay or are measured by shipping metrics than look somewhere are else. I had to delete all of my listing from this app.

This app has been easy to use. So far no issues.

This is exactly what I needed. I don't know why shopify has limited variants.
