setting up the app is a PIA. every time i try to do something on the webiste for set up i have to sign in. There is no indication that my work has been saved. looking for a replacement.

Hello John, Thank you for your feedback! We truly apologize for the setup difficulties. You shouldn’t need to sign in repeatedly via the Shopify admin panel, you will stay signed in once you have logged in to your Shopify admin account. And we’re improving the save button for better clarity. I noticed your Contact Form is still active and working well. So far, so good! I switched over from another contact form because an increasing number of folks were reaching out to me on facebook saying they were unable to find contact information on my website. I hope this switch fixes that problem. I was able to get it to work quickly, and it's appearing across all my devices, but since it has only been installed for an hour or so, I haven't received any messages yet ;-) update years later in 2024: I've had a great experience using Zotabox, so far! The EU cookies notification feature is what drew me there initially, but have found the customizable contact form and the alert pop-ups very helpful, too. Thanks!
despite constant issues with their products, the customer support is uninterested and unwilling to help or solve the ongoing issues. they simply pretend that they cannot SEE the problem.

Hi Marina, You know that we showed you screenshots showing our tools working on your website. We also explained multiple times that our email capture tools will NOT display again if you enter your email - to avoid annoying your customers. You blocked us after contacting our customer support this last time. We were always willing to support you. I noticed the last time you contacted our customer support, NONE of your tools were turned ON - that might be the problem, but unfortunately you blocked us before we could reply to you. We wish you the best with your online business.
What. $12.99 per month and they set a limit on how many impressions there are on your website? Then they tell you to upgrade.
This App is taking significant amount of loading time. Therefore, we temporarily uninstalled, and waiting for developer priority support to address the issue.

Hi, we responded via email to your query immediately but wanted to answer here as well to not mislead other merchants. The file that you wanted to minimize only takes 95ms. to load and loads AFTER your website loads (not affecting your visitors experience of your website). We can not minimize certain files or it will affect our tools performance on your website. Easy to use app for forms, powerful functions, highly recommended if you need any email integrations and services!
We have used this app for more than a year already and we will stop using this app due to their pricing structure as they want us to pay them more money for the traffic we are paying to get so hard and not for the usage of the actual contact form which is crazy. None of the traffic we have received has used a single contact form and they want us to pay them more money aside from the regular subscription we are paying that is a ripoff. Store owners beware of this app. Their pricing structure is not based on usage even if no one used your contact form they will ask you for more money as they did with the emails they sent to us.

We are sorry you are unhappy with our clear pricing structure. Our pricing is based on website visits (not tool impressions or clicks). We are very upfront about our pricing and have not changed it in 5 years. You said yourself you have used our app for 1 year with no prior issues. We see you created 10 individual contact forms to use on your website (part of our service). It is very common to base app fees on site visits (because it is easy to compare with Google Analytics) We offered you 100,000 monthly visits for $29.99/month (save additional 30% if you pay yearly) but you told us to refund your previous payment. For your information, IF you upgraded to the new custom plan offered you would get an automatic credit for unused part of your current yearly plan. We will cancel your Zotabox account as requested in your first email and refund your last payment. We wish you the best with your online store. (if you change your mind, your Zotabox settings will be saved for future use).
I use the free version it was Very easy to customize. My contact form is gonna work very well. Great job! very helpful.
Have been using the contact form with seldom issue, but recently wanted to try out some of the premium options so set up with a free trial and tried them out, found the IP addresses with contact form submissions didn't work so cancelled my free trial of the plan that offered this and have still been charged $9.99.

Hi, Zotabox has no power to charge merchants without their permission. Also Shopify bills merchants on our behalf (after the merchant has given their permission to be automatically charged at the end of the trial period). That said, we have a very liberal refund policy that if anyone feels they shouldn't have paid we offer a full refund of their last payment. We have just given you a full refund. What issues did you have with 'ip addresses'? We have not heard of this before with 10,000's of merchants. We see you are a long time customer of Zotabox and we hope our tools have resulted in sales for your store (and money in your pocket). Was struggling with another contact form app and was looking for an alternative. Zotabox turned out to be super easy to set up and I was live in a matter of minutes. Even the free version has enough to get a good test out of it and then we can graduate to a higher plan. Excited to see it at work!

Created contact form on Contact page. Was able to personalize it, make it pretty and load it up without any issues. Using free version and it is doing all that I need it to. Love it.
After embedding the code in a page, the page functions but I receive no emails from the app. This is the freebie version and perhaps that has some bearing on this. There is nothing getting hung up a spam trap.

I just added the "Contact Form" to my Shopify store and am very pleased with it. The form is customizable and looks very professional and unique to my site! I had to do some tinkering to ensure that it works with the Mega Menu app, but I sorted it out quickly and it looks great. Very happy!

Had this app for some time where I use the data collection form. Have just discovered stickers after searching for something similar I realised that zoto already had this feature. Brilliant! and you get so much for free . That said I think I will be switching to premium very soon as there is so much else to utilise

Easy Contact Form is fantastic! My website had been around for a long time and has quite a large base of new customers as well as returning customer but since using this little lightbox have had a major increase in contact us forms inquiries. I'd say about 80% of which have turned into conversions (off course you have to have great customer service as well). The best part about it, it is FREE! Also I have had many customers complementing the form, saying it makes the site look very professional and trustworthy. Have a look at my website to see the live version of it in action!
Realized today it wasn't sending messages to our email. Not sure how long it wasn't doing it. Very sad to think we've been using it since May 2016 so many lost connections with customers.

An excellent app. I was pointed towards this app by Shopify, who admitted that their native contact form was spam-prone. I am glad they did, because I have found that Easy Contact Form not only works well but that I could easily customize it to do what I wanted and to match my store's theme. Also, I had a minor issue with Easy Contact Form and their support fixed it for me very quickly and efficiently. Always a good thing - you don't want to get an app and then find nobody's home when you have a problem. Thoroughly recommended.

I really like this contact form. It is FREE...so the price is right. I love how simple it was to install and set up. They give you lots of great options, but my favorite is the ability to put a photo image behind your contact form....no other contact form that I found in the shopify app store has this feature. I sell children't fabric and this feature lets me customize the form to my shop. It really looks like it belongs. LOVE IT! The forms function is great, too. I can set this up to come to my personal email (the customer never sees my email address) and then I can reply directly to them. NICE! Highly recommend.
