Unfortunately unusable for our workflow. The app displays the “Available” inventory quantity instead of the actual “On hand” quantity. As a result, an order can be shown as not fulfillable even though the item is physically in stock. This makes the app misleading and unreliable for order and backorder management. We contacted support and clearly explained the issue, but received no response at all – not even an acknowledgement. An inventory app showing the wrong inventory figure for our use case, combined with non-responsive support, is unfortunately of no value to us. We have therefore uninstalled the app.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m very sorry for the delayed response. You were absolutely right about the issue. We’ve updated OrderSight so it now uses Shopify’s On hand inventory quantity for fulfillment visibility, instead of relying only on Available inventory. The app also now shows On hand, Committed, and Available values by location to make the inventory status clearer during order review. I apologize again that we didn’t acknowledge your original support message sooner. We really appreciate you taking the time to explain the problem so clearly. We’ve also sent you 1 month of app credits so you can re-try the app at no cost. I hope this update better suits your workflow, and we’d be grateful for another chance to be useful to your team.
Sehr guter und schneller Support. Sie konnten mich bei der Anfrage direkt unterstützen und haben meinen Wunsch direkt umgesetzt. Auch generell funktioniert die App sehr zuverlässig. Nur mit Order Printer Pro konnten wir verschiedene Lieferscheine für unterschiedliche Marktplatz-Anforderungen hinterlegen. Die Lieferscheine lassen sich super an die Bedürfnisse anpassen. We've been very happy with Fabrikator. The platform is reliable, easy to use, and provides the functionality we need to manage our products efficiently. What really stands out, however, is the support team. Every time we've needed assistance, the response has been fast, professional, and genuinely helpful. Most recently, we had a request that would have been extremely time-consuming to handle manually, and the support team resolved it quickly and without any hassle. Sehr guter Dienst. Wir können viele Fragen sofort klären und so den Kaufabschluss fördern. Auch sind Fragen per E-Mail und telefonische Anfragen weniger geworden.
Eigentlich funktioniert die App gut (Drucken von Labels). Leider konnten wir keine einzige Avery-Etiketten Vorlage für Europa finden und einen teuren Label-Printer wollen wir nicht kaufen für die paar Labels, die wir benötigen. Am einfachsten wäre, wenn man sein Etikett selber gestalten kann und eine solche App haben wir jetzt auch gefunden. Schade.
