One of the best things a business like ours can hope for is an app developer that actively engages with their customers and develops features and responds directly to customer feedback. Fabrikator are the perfect example of a company who are clearly passionate about making their stock purchase ordering via prediction the market leader and are 'thinking of the things that matter' and baking them in. Great app, game changer, superb team with a wilful approach.

A genuinely good product backed by a customer service team that's always willing to help and happy to take new ideas back to the wider team, who then look to integrate them. The interface is modern and the reporting is comprehensive. Raising purchase orders and receiving stock is quick and straightforward.

We've been very happy with Fabrikator. The platform is reliable, easy to use, and provides the functionality we need to manage our products efficiently. I am not satisfied with this app. It promised to make my pre-order process better but this function did not work, and after waiting for around 2 months for support to fix it, I am done paying for this app that does not do what it promised.

We use Fabrikator since around 6 months for our fashion brand to forecast, optimize inventory and manage supplier POs in one central tool. The brand is part of a ecomm holding company and we will use Fabrikator for our other brands as well. So far Fabrikator works really well for us. We moved from a combination of Stocky and Google Sheets and are not looking back. The new planning feature helps us planning a complete season cycle with multiple categories and suppliers - although the data needs some fine tuning after exporting but thats okay for us. PO management is easy & straightforward. We see the team is adding features and developing the tool further which gives us trust to use it long-term. The customer service is top notch and Bahadir and Egemen are there when you need them.

Our store offers products at retail and wholesale prices, and this app helps us manage both retail and wholesale accounts and pricing. So far it has integrated very well with Shopify and our theme specifically which is Crave. The biggest thing we needed was the ability to make wholesale prices to be variable pricing, and not just a "discount percentage" off the retail price. This app allows us to do this very easily. Overall we are very happy with the product and will continue to use it for our needs!

We've been using Fabrikator for almost two years now, and it's been a great fit for our business. We've tried several inventory planning solutions in the past – many were either too complex and expensive for our needs, or too basic and not reliable enough. Fabrikator strikes the perfect balance. It's simple and intuitive to use, but still powerful enough to handle everything we need. We manage around 500 SKUs, and the planning features work really well for us. Overall, we're super happy with it and can definitely recommend it!

I found their pricing to be quite steep. They charge $0.75 per backorder, which can quickly add up if your business frequently deals with backorders, as mine does. This results in monthly costs soaring to $300 or $400, or even higher depending on sales spikes. When I reached out to the CEO to discuss a custom plan tailored to my business's unique needs, I was met with a curt response: either accept the high charges or find another service. Not the most accommodating approach! We’re sorry that our pricing model wasn’t in line with your budget. However, we find it difficult to justify the 1-star review simply because a discount request was declined. We started our free trial with Fabrikator to determine if it could help address some of the challenges we were facing. One of our main issues was accurately forecasting consumer demand to prevent stock shortages and avoid losing sales. Collecting and analyzing sales data is incredibly time-consuming, and once orders were placed, managing inventory efficiently became even more complicated. It is really helpful that you can import your PO's and then those incoming qtys are taken in to account. Historically this has always been a manual process which is much more time consuming looking through orders to check if something is on order. Initially I had a video call with Egemen which was incredibly helpful. The app is very clearly laid out and the look and feel is perfect. The functions are useful and clearly laid out, and planning quantities is easy. The team helps you with onboarding and support responds very quickly. All points of contact with the support team were very pleasant. Only the pricing - as SAAS companies like to do - is a horror. Of course, it's based on turnover again, and it gets damn expensive at the top. I think paying about $6,000 a year is clearly way too much. We'll see to what extent Fabrikatör helps us and whether we want to use it in the long term because of the high costs or whether we'd rather look for a cheaper but less attractive alternative. It's been a great app so far as it does its core functionalities well and fast. We have thousands of SKUs so that means a lot to us not to have to wait on spinning wheels of loading death. Also, I actually like their AI help bot a ton. It enables you to get simple questions answered fast and always gives an option to talk to a person right away without hassle. I love using that AI bot instead of searching an article database and then having to scroll and try and find the answer to what I need. On top of that their support team is awesome. I get a response back pretty quickly and even on the weekends sometimes. On top of that!! they are super receptive to feature suggestions. A requested filter here and different report there or a explanation how that functionality already exists. It's really refreshing and makes you a fan of the company and just root for it. I highly recommend Fabrikator as your inventory assistant! I have exercised considerable patience with this application, but regrettably, I have not experienced any success. Despite the involvement of the team, including the CEO, they were unable to perform what should be a straightforward task—importing my product inventory from Shopify, and more concerning, my sales history. This was even after providing access to my Shopify account. Furthermore, the service comes at a high cost, and communication throughout the process has been slow. My request was simple—just a sync of inventory and sales history. Given these challenges, I would advise exploring alternative providers.

I tried several apps, this one is the best, the support is also very very quick and efficient to reply.

A great app for all shops that offer many SKUs and for whom it has been a challenge, as it has been for us, to have all products in stock in the "right" quantity and, of course, to reorder them in good time. Fabrikatör is a really great support for the entire process. From analysing and generating a PO to posting the reordered goods. The service provided by the team is also excellent. The product launch and onboarding process is well supported. I have rarely experienced such a dedicated support team. Thank you very much.

Switched over from using multiple apps like Cogsy and Anvyl to using this as a more effective way to manage inventory and demand planning. Excited for the new features they plan to roll out soon along with the Amazon integration. The pre-order functionality is a unique and valuable feature that could have saved us a lot of trouble and lost revenue had we had it in use for previous out of stock issues. The team has been great to work with and made the onboarding process very easy.

So many things to mention in regards to the Fabrikator app. First, the app is just brilliant. Does exactly what we need in a straight forward way. Helps us forecast inventory, especially as an apparel brand as we are always running out of stock of certain sizes or colors. Secondly, the support of the app is awesome. Very quick support times and the founders/team is very nice to chat with. Thirdly, the team is committed to feature additions and improving the app in general. This is a great app if you're having trouble figuring out when to buy stock! I kept running out of product and was having a lot of stop and gos. The support on this app is very helpful, they have a demo call with you, and are available via chat to help with anything else that comes up. They also have Loom videos that show step by step have to implement areas. It's a pretty easy to use app and worth the $.

Love this app! It was the only one I could find that gives sales history by product and other features I am used to when writing our POs. Their customer service is great, and they are open to ideas for new features...some that we suggested have already shown up!

The app helped us a lot with creating purchasing orders and to get a better overview which products sell well and which are dead stock and many other insights you get .. if you have so many products in your shop its super hard to keep an overview. With the app it is much better for us now. The customer service of the app is totally outstanding. Bahadir answers in such a quick time, every question we had and they always try to work on our feedback straight away and fix it immediately or after such a short time ... thats really cool and very special .. and for me this service justify the monthly price. 100% Recommending

We recently started using Fabrikatör Virtual Inventory Assistant and are very happy with it! The control center provides a clear and concise overview of our inventory and sales data. I was especially impressed with the prompt addition of a feature request to add a "Fast Selling" window to the control center. This allows us to quickly identify top-selling products and adjust inventory levels accordingly. This has saved so much time and helped make more informed decisions. Great app. We tried different but they are the best. We are s shopify store managed by a small team, selling on other platforms too. Fabrikator makes us save lots of time and be smarter about our inventory planning decisions. Their CS is amazing and they constantly launch new useful features. For instance, the bundle feature, which is not ideal on shopify, made us break our bundles in single components and track, order and forecast better our single units inventory planning. The most helpful team with an excellent knowledge of inventory management. The app itself is super easy to use and it does everything we require to streamline and automate our production processes. It's not cheap, but it's outstanding. We were struggling to manage our stock before, and forecasting was incredibly challenging. We always seemed to be behind bringing stock in and couldn't get ahead of the curve. Customers were getting frustrated too. This makes it easy to quickly assess what stock we need to bring in, build purchase orders, and stay ahead of stock outs (the bane of online selling!). We can't thank them enough for how this has helped our growing business.

It automates what we previously had to manually prepare in a time-consuming way by analyzing the current inventory and generating order suggestions. The ability to create custom reports allows the app to be optimized for our purposes. The support is also excellent! You get answers and tips on features within a very short time. So absolute recommendation! :)

Inventory planning can be a true pain for any e-commerce brand - you need to be able to optimize the quantity of incoming stock just for cash flow reasons and of course to have the right products in the right quantities in your inventory. We previously tried to handle all this with various tools but after using Virtual Inventory Assistant for a few weeks, we can really start to see the difference. Creating the purchase orders is a breeze and easy task and the app gives you all the tools to better understand your inventory needs.
