I've been on the hunt for a Shopify app that offers a seamless experience and caters to those of us who aren't particularly tech-savvy, and the Krtrite app is an absolute game-changer! Their customer service is unmatched. Lasandra in particular was amazing. she helped me setup the whole thing as im not very tech savvy. she was patient and did everything I asked. She made the add to cart button and overall colour scheme match our website to the add on look seamless. No question was silly nor too much to ask. Bearing in mind I made this request at 2am GMT whilst making amendments to our website. Highly recommended, Thank you Lasandra xxx

We've been using Yotpo for 3 years now. I have to say one particular customer agent has stood out most JAMES EDGAR C. We had two products on our website that were the same just a different image. We needed to merge the reviews in order to delete the duplicate product without loosing the reviews. I used the live chat and JAMES was able to remap the reviews straight away. as opposed to other agents by the name of Alberto who took 3 weeks and still didn't do it. I highly recommend Yotpo overall as they are always keen to help. I guess some agents are more skilled than others. Thank you James
