I've been looking for a user reviews app for years, and finally took the plunge with Loox. The installation process was a breeze. Unfortunately, though, I am using an old, deprecated legacy theme on Shopify, and most apps are now designed for the new Shopify version 2.0 themes. So, there were a number of issues getting the various ratings widgets to work properly. I contacted Loox support and got an answer within hours. A support engineer named Tal was assigned to me, and he was able to solve all of my issues within two days of installing the app. None of these issues were Loox issues; they all had to do with the particulars of my deprecated theme. But Tal dove in and solved all the of the problems, including my very particular layout requests, like moving a widget a few pixels this way or that. This is a great app with world-class customer service, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you, Loox, and thank you Tal!

I have wanted to have user forums on our site for 10 years, but we were on an old legacy website and it just wasn't feasible. Then we upgraded to Shopify, and with the app store, anything is possible. I finally chose Xenforum as my solution after looking at a number of competing products. Installation was a breeze. But I wanted to run the forums in the "embed" mode, so they would show up with the same branding and layout as any other page on our site. This caused a number of minor layout and functionality issues, which I wasn't sure were solvable. So I created a forum especially for reporting forum issues, and had all of my employees pound on the forums and report bugs. We came up with 6-8 bugs with no idea how to fix them. Some of the issues I was sure had nothing to do with the Xenforum, but were probably Shopify theme issues. I took a short break from work, and when I came home, the developer Chis Ad had fixed ALL of the issues! That is some outstanding customer service. I could not be more happy with the product and the customer service, and I finally have great user forums after 10 years. I would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to add community engagement to their site. Thank you, Xenforum!

I was ready to publish a batch of significant change to our Shopify theme on a Saturday afternoon, but didn't want to do it without some type of a backup/rollback protocol in place. I started to research Shopify backup software, and found glowing reviews of Rewind. But I had some technical questions as to whether it would fit our needs. I sent an email to customer support, and was shocked to get an answer within the hour on a Saturday! Brittney of Rewind was able to answer all of my questions, and offered to help with the setup process (which was so simple no help was required). I got Rewind installed and configured, and was able to confidently publish the theme changes with peace of mind that I could easily roll back if necessary. I just finished my third and final onboarding session with Prerit Agrawal of Webgility and cannot adequately express how excited I am to start working with the software. I've had my eye on the Quickbooks Sync app for well over a decade, and finally pulled the trigger. I was amazed at how simple the integration was. This software addresses all of my most acute pain points with hand-entry of customer and order data into Quickbooks, and solves a bunch of other issues I didn't even know I had.
