We installed this app to solve a straightforward inventory sync issue, and instead it caused a critical outage on our live site. Orders were blocked, our storefront was disrupted, and we lost thousands in sales. Support has been slow and disjointed. Despite the issue being logged and worked on for 2 days, we're asked to re explain the problem rather than seeing active resolution. This level of response is unacceptable. prolonged downtime, poor communication, and significant financial impact. We would not recommend this app.

Great app, great customer service. We had to spend months updating our site before we could even download Rebuy. They were patient and ready when we needed them. And my helper Alison has been awesome! Always there to assist with any question from integration, to set up , to coding. Super grateful to have her helping us every step of the way!

Had a little trouble with the pop-up showing up again after we updated our theme but the customer service is great and helped with everything! Great app - loving the results so far :)

I am BLOWN away by this app. We have had it installed for close to a month now and the options are endless. We are SO happy Judge.me has joined the app game - we will probably never switch! Oh...and to top it off, their customer service is outstanding!
Great customer service! Had a couple of questions and Justin answered all of them so quickly! Problem was solved within a couple of hours of my first email being sent!
We had an issue, emailed them and was fixed quickly! thanks! Have not tried on mobile store yet but i'm sure with their customer service if we have any issues they will look to resolve quickly.
