Love Loyalty has been a solid addition to our setup. It’s easy to use, quick to implement, and covers all the essentials for building a structured loyalty and membership program. The flexibility around points, tiers, and perks is very strong, safe to say - a top pick in the current market. To add to that fact - their support team replies quickly, the issues (if any) are sorted out in no time. Overall, it’s a reliable solution for brands looking to launch and manage a loyalty program.
Avia gives me the kind of data that's not usually intuitive to get running a physical shop. It feels like the same level of analytics you’d get running an online shop, but for retail traffic and conversions. Super easy to set up, and the dashboard aggregates all my data in one place. You can tell the team really understands retail and eCommerce.
Terrible translations, worse than the simple browser translations. We got this app for the glossary feature but it is useless if the regular translations are bad. Promotes itself as "AI" but only the top tier has the option. Does not offer options to have photos based off of store language... We've been using this for a year and we are so glad to move away from them.

Actually an ALL-IN-ONE App. Great features, great support staff, great experience in all aspects for B2B & B2C. Definitely recommend this to all small to medium businesses.
Excellent App, one of the best in the market. Minor hiccups here & there but are all promptly fixed by the support team. Has majorly all the features that you would potentially find in other B2B or Wholesale apps but the support is what differentiates this app from the others. Also it is completely free, for now. Furthermore, they have theme support, discounts & view support, find-out more when you try it for yourself. Overall great app.
