Customer support is really great, Hana, Esther, and others respond quickly and clearly. The app is good and offers 250 orders/month for free, which is great for my small business. I wish that there were more options to differentiate rewards tiers, but its ok for now. I would also like to be able to display the rewards details on a page on my site instead of just the widget.

5 stars for sure! The app is great and has a lot of features. Also, I've reached out twice for support and it has always been timely and with great results. The free onboarding session is definitely worth it to learn about all the features available that are easy to enable. I like that I can use one app for several things (pre-orders, coming soon, back in stock), which makes it easier to manage my store.
