Very expensive app. It charges you per unfulfilled order synced. If you have several warehouses like ours and only want to fulfill orders from one location, you will need to pay for everything. Imagine your store gets 10000 orders monthly, but you only need to ship 500 from a certain location using Banma (another warehouse will fulfill the other orders without Banma). You will pay for all 10000 orders. It would be better to pay per order shipped, not synced. It is extremely spammy. If you run out of orders, the app becomes unusable. An annoying popup asking you to buy more will prompt on EVERY page, and you cannot close it for 10 seconds. Also, no refunds are given unless a critical failure in the platform interrupts operation. Considering medium/large plans, you can only pay yearly, this is not reassuring. At least the support was helpful and responsive. DIanxiaomi is better. It is a pity you can only connect with one supplier.

We are very sorry for the trouble caused by the pricing model. Banma erp charges only by quantity (not by function, store etc.) Users can purchase different quantities of VIP packages according to their business scale, which is a balance between the interests of new sellers and large buyers. Therefore, we are very sorry that we will not change the price model to match your needs. Banma erp support multi warehouse management and order processing. Processing all orders through the same erp is the best way to use it. Only in this way can erp provide you with more comprehensive data analysis and more accurate profit accounting.
UPDATE - luckily, the devs were able to help, and the issue is resolved. Still deducting one star for the high price and the UI that needs an update. So far, I'm disappointed with this app. The setup was confusing, to say the least, the UI is quite annoying with those hoovering popups, but the worst part is that we cannot save our settings due to a security update. We reached out to support, and they replied within 24h that they reproduced the issue and would work on a fix. However, today is Saturday, and I am still waiting for news. I asked if we should expect a response during the weekend, and there was no response either (I guess that's a no). Our store is missing all lang tags, which can impact our ranks, and we need to be in this situation for at least 2-3 days. We hope to hear back by Monday. It's also $27/mo, which is expensive. Glad to quickly get the issue resolved for you. Your feedback is welcome and we've added it to our to-do list.
As other reviews mentioned, do not rely on this app for sales. Especially big ones such as Black Friday. It is not stable or prepared to serve merchants. During our big Black Friday, the app got stuck mid-sale, leaving the store partially discounted to go with a 500 error after, leaving the app inaccessible. We had already sent a large email campaign, so customers landed on a website with only a few prices slashed. This impacted our conversions by thousands of $. The devs apologized, offered a refund for all our charges, and explained that the tech could not avoid all issues nowadays. However, I disagree. This app shows 500 errors too often. It is almost the app's default to break when you try to run a sale. As I said, this app is not prepared. We had the same issues in 2021, and in 2022 they did not care to fix them. Furthermore, today (end of the cyber Monday), our prices should have been discounted back about six hours ago, To our surprise, not only did this not happen, but we cannot access the app due to another 502 bad gateway error (yes, on a separate store). And once we can access it, everything is queued and stuck mid-process to get the original prices back. All in all, look for something else. This will only cause stress and potential monetary loss.

Dear Canvas by Numbers, thank you for taking the time and writing a review. We absolutely understand your anger and disappointment. One of our third-party providers had a technical issue and therefore our app was unavailable for a short period of time which is inexcusable, especially at this time of the year. We made a mistake relying on the performance of this partner who couldn't deliver as promised. Of course we will change this service provider asap to make sure this does not happen again in the future. As customer satisfaction is our key priority we really want to take this chance to deeply apologize for all the trouble - although we know that this helps little in retrospect. If there is something we can do to regain your trust in our product or assist anyhow we would be happy to do anything within our capabilities. Kind regards, Norbert
Not going to lie. The search is good and works. The collection filters, however, are confusing and hard to set up. It is a frustrating process. I did not find anywhere in the app where I could change the font type/size for my filters or search pages. I went through their docs. Something as simple as that that should take a minute becomes a time-consuming task. The boostcommerce app is superior for filtering and is much more user-friendly. I do not recommend this app for product filters. The search results page also looks a bit like windows 95 and needs to be customized via CSS to make it look decent (more time). Another negative is that you don't have a chat. The support team is responsive (it might take a couple of days), but boy, you will have questions. Email might not be the best channel. I'd recommend the devs take filters more seriously and add user-friendly configuration options so everything can be set up easily. No need to spend as many hours trying to understand how everything works or require CSS work for small changes. Update: increasing from 2 to 4 stars. Support worked with me to set things up. I'm still unsure if I will use this app for collection filtering, but they were keen to help and did their best.

Thank you for your elaborate feedback! We are sorry to see you found the configuration process for filters time-consuming. We understand how annoying it can be when it comes to such fundamental functionality. Your opinion will certainly be considered so we can improve this part of a user experience. Good to see our support team was there to help you though. Please feel free to contact us anytime whether it's about CSS or any other setting. We are always glad to assist you! Best wishes, Searchanise team
Absolutely dumb app that makes your life more difficult. Think about this. The app cannot detect any order changes AFTER it has been paid. If your customer reaches out because they want to add another product to an already paid order, bad luck. Of course, you can edit the order on Shopify, but ShippyPro will not change anything. Hence the original order without the item will be shipped. Are you using any post-purchase upsell to maximize your business AOV? God, no, that's awful. Stop trying to make more money since ShippyPro CANNOT detect any order changes after the order has been paid, so any upsells added post-purchase will not show in the ShippyPro order. We are sick of getting "I did not receive X product" emails because of the stupidity of this app. This has cost us a lot of money in reshipments. Reached out to support a couple of times. Not only they're slow, but they cannot provide any solution. Looking for another solution now because it's 2022, and we cannot use an app with such limitations. Not to mention, we will have orders not syncing every now and then, and the tracking number will not be sent to Shopify despite being fulfilled (the orders show stuck with a spinning sand watch inside the app). Go figure.
We left the app over a month running. The ROAS did not reach even 1, so we consistently lost money. I do not recall how much we invested because the developer seems to have deleted our access to the platform (or maybe it was deleted after canceling the plan). We use the app for two stores, and both weren't satisfactory.

Hi Fran, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with our app. We did our best to keep you happy with us and we wish you all the best with your business.
Daniel has been great and helped me with a few customizations. When it comes to apps, having good support is key and recomatic didn't disappoint. I can't comment on app performance yet (I installed it very recently) but kudos to the app support. The app looks very neat as well and totally matches my theme! Definitely worth a try! Update: this app's algorithm is fantastic. I have been using it for almost a year now. Recommendations are very close to what they should be. The design is flawless and Daniel is simply amazing providing support.
Very impressed so far. Still a few tweaks missing here and there but definitely worth it and will convert into a paid customer as soon as the paid plan comes out!
The app is simple to set up, and it is free! Marius helped me resolving a small issue I had in less than 24 hours. I totally recommend this app, and Marius team does a great job supporting it! --------------------------- Updating the rating to 1 star since the app recently started to crash using Google Chrome (Mac), and it is nearly impossible to set up anything :-( It will freeze all the time.

Thank you for your message and for being our customer. Our support and development team is always here and ready to assist you with any issues that arise. However, we could not replicate the problem you have encountered. We have sent you an e-mail requesting some additional information so we can investigate the matter. Looking forward to your reply!
I cannot express enough the amount of frustration we are experiencing right now. We have around 400 tracking numbers saved with the wrong couriers, which means over 400 customers cannot track their orders. The app misread the couriers, or something happened there (I don't know because support does not want to have a look). I have been sending emails to support ONE WEEK!! They asked me to grant them access to our Shopify store, as they would need to delete all wrong tracks and replace them. And that was it. No one has checked anything. After a few days and emails, they came back asking me if I saw their colleague's email response, which was about an unrelated issue! Like I have problem X, and they come back like "hey, did you see my colleague's response to problem Y"? (they don't read previous tickets nor pay attention to what's going on). To charge me $552 last month for excess shipments (surprise!), they were quite fast. I emailed about the charge, and I got a response within hours. Money is money, I guess. So here we are. With a $199/mo membership, we are waiting over a week to fix something that is generating a significant support debt and taking a lot of time. If they treat like this someone who brings almost 10k shipments a month, I cannot imagine what they'll do with smaller merchants. I hope they do read this review and answer ANY of the many emails we have sent since asking for help since. The issue is not resolved, and they are just ignoring it. We are thinking about escalating this with Shopify. Seriously, these people have over 3k reviews. They won't give a damn about you as they are well established now. I never experienced this kind of behavior from them before. Not sure why they dropped the ball.
I have been working on a new store. The app concept is brilliant but I have no idea who designed this drag and drop hell. Seriously, add a button. Like one-click adds all images to a product. A bulk feature to add images to all products would be great. I spent hours dragging and dropping. Over 10.000 times. No joke. A feature to reorder images once added to the product would be fantastic too. Fix this and you'll be able to charge even more money.
Very good app. The quick buy button started generating revenue almost immediately. I had a couple issues with the app interface overlapping some other sections of my store and Adi helped me in a quick and efficient manner - and when I say quick I mean getting a response in 30 minutes. Pretty good! I totally recommend this app because of both its functionalities and amazing support.
