We’ve been using Bundilo to create product bundles directly on our product pages — and it’s been a total game-changer. It looks clean, fits in perfectly with our website, and makes it super easy for customers to add multiple products to cart with just one click. Since using Bundilo, our average order value has increased, and customers are genuinely engaging more with the bundles. It’s exactly the kind of upsell tool we were looking for — simple, fast to set up, and actually works without being pushy. Highly recommend it for any e-commerce brand that wants to increase AOV and offer a smoother shopping experience.

The absolute worst customer support we've ever experienced. No matter how good the functions of the app seem, it's not worth it. Since originally contacting Bundle Builder nearly three weeks ago re: a few app features and cart integration, we've received no less than three messages telling us integration is complete, only to discover it's as broken as it was day one. Responses to our concerns have been slow, generic, and astonishingly unhelpful. Promises to elevate our ticket or get back to us in a timely manner have proven meaningless. On our end, we've been ready to send bundles live for two weeks, but have been hamstrung by the developer's inability to deliver on simple elements, like prices showing correctly in cart. The waste of time and loss of revenue resulting from our experience with Bundle Builder has been staggering. The only reason we haven't uninstalled the app yet is because we're a small team, and to find a replacement and build the bundles will take time we can't afford. However, our patience is wearing thin. I expect our experience (and our review) will change if these issues are ever resolved, but as it stands, our position is simple: AVOID BUNDLE BUILDER.

A great app that does what it should, though it could use better analytics tools. Customer support has been helpful. Recommended.

A rather comprehensive app with good customer support. We're not sure it's quite worth the price, and we needed some minor issues that took a while to fix, but overall, it's an app worth checking out.
App covers just about everything we need it to cover and works without issue. Customer support is fantastic too; quick to respond and address any questions we have.

This is the best invoice app in the shopify app store hands down. We have never actually reviewed an app before but we just had to for these guys. We needed very specific invoicing requirements for our clients and Paul and the team worked with us to help set up the account for weeks. The never got annoyed and were always happy to help. If you need customization this is the app for you. Thanks guys!
