Excellent app, had an issue and spoke with Harini Madura who immediately set up an online meeting to go through the issue with me, this was resolved in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

Helpful app and superb support, offering regular insights and custom solutions to make sure the app runs well on our website. There are some bits I'd like to see on our backend (e.g. better sales data and insights) and things I would love to see as functionalities at some point (e.g. blocking further discount code usage when someone's already used the Order For Later functionality) but for a new app, I'm very impressed!

It's a fab app which gives our business good visibility on all the sales and costs associated with the Shopify sales channel. Customer support is really excellent!

Tidio is super helpful for us as a small business to manage customer enquiries quickly and more efficient. Though I find setting up automated chat bots is a bit tricky, their customer service is fast and very helpful. PushOwl is very easy to use and works super intuitive. Scheduling a campaign is done within 2 minutes. Next to that, I am very impressed with the customer support they're providing. When I have a question, the PushOwl team replies very quickly. I recently logged in to schedule some new campaigns and without asking, someone sent me a message with some easy tips to increase our subscriber list and improve our returning customer rate. I'm a fan!
