Flare has been hugely helpful. We needed different pickup times for different days and they added the feature to the app for us. They've taken so much stress off my plate, and they're incredibly helpful in customer service- they reply quickly and they provide detailed, easy to follow instructions. If you use Shipstation and you want your customers to be able to pick the date their order ships, you absolutely need Flare. There's no other app like it.
The Flare app has been a game-changer for us in providing an accurate location specific delivery schedule date picker for our checkout - theres not another option that's as easy to use and with as much functionality as this. Daniel and the team at Flare have also been immensely helpful developing custom functionality to create the best delivery experience for our customers. Can not recommend this app and the team behind it enough.
This app is amazing, completely changed how we run our business, this is my second store I use Flare for. Support is amazing, the guys have helped me with some custom items we do. Highly recommended. Decreased abandoned carts and ties in well with our gifting solution- order donuts for your friends birthday and actually select the right day!
This is a fantastic app for all kinds of situations, and comes with amazing support. I'm selling a monthly subscription product which only mails two days a month. This app enables me to allow the customers to choose their first mail date out of only the limited dates I offer each month, and change it if they need to before the first mailing date. I'm then using that information in Shopify and Klaviyo flows to handle automated emails as well as help me stay on top of when new orders mail out. I could not be doing what I'm doing with my business without this app. I tried others, and they did not have the flexibility that I needed.
Absolutely first class app and industry leading support. The app enables every possible delivery scenario and provides a top shelf customer experience. Huge thanks to the developers Daniel & Alex who were amazing at guiding us through the setting up process, always on hand answering queries with lightning speed, a service level we've not encountered with any other app / extension developer. Can't recommend highly enough, thanks guys.
Flare is an absolute must if you are on Shopify and you need delivery date selection and shipping service to align. Daniel and Alex at Flare have really solved so many issues for our site/team/company. Gone are the calls, "you chose this delivery date but the service you chose will not get it there". Additionally, they not only 100% improved our delivery date/shipping service accuracy but in turn they were able to take that data and have our ship station data/orders populate with the delivery date. I would calculate that Flare and team have saved me on average 6 hours a week I would have to deal with nuance issues with shipping. Also there methodology around setting up custom shipping zones is incredible.
This app is awesome. Looked at all the other date pickers, and none have the functionality + professional appearance as flare. Great support from their team to help us get up and running!

Flare has been great for us, solving our complex shipping rules and improving customer experience. While the backend can feel a bit overwhelming (at least for non-technically minded people like myself), the team are quick to respond and provide helpful and personalised support.

Flare has been incredibly helpful in streamlining our checkout process, providing features we've been searching for for years. These solutions have not only made the checkout process much easier and less confusing for our customers, but have eliminated countless hours of customer service work once orders are placed, which often used to lead to customer frustration. Though we've needed a few minor tweaks and modifications here and there, Flare has consistently been able to make updates to solve all our issues and meet our needs.

Flare have been great! We only recently intregrated Flare into our site as previously we were adding delivery dates manually to our orders and it was very time consuming. The transition to using flare has been amazing and speeds up a lot of our time now. Recently we were having an issue with one of our products and Daniel & the team were very helpful and sorted it out right away! I'm excited to continue using Flare as we develop our site into the next phase of integrating a subscription model also.

This app provides a service that perfectly matches Japan’s unique requirements for highly accurate and detailed delivery date selection by region. In particular, the zone settings that automatically assign delivery dates based on postal codes are something we have not seen in any other app. This functionality was newly developed in response to our requests, thanks to the support team’s attentive communication and dedicated development efforts. It is an essential app for running our business.

We moved our high volume perishable food ecommerce business to Shopify in 2025. During development, we immediately ran into challenges with needing to find a checkout calendar app that allowed customers to pick their desired delivery date. Our store does a lot of gifting and needed a sophisticated calendar that could handle our shipping calendar and the nuisances of perishable food. We found Flare and it has been by far the best Shopify app partner we've worked with. Their developers have been very responsive and helped us along the way with videos calls, quick email responses, whatever we needed. They've been AMAZING. Our business sells high quality all-natural beef direct to consumer, with each shipments worth hundreds or thousands of dollars. For many years, we have offered a shipping calendar feature to our customers, to allow them the flexibility and comfort of selecting the exact delivery date they would like to choose. Traditionally, we had built our own shipping calendar and it worked okay. It wasn't a perfect system but it got the job done. As lead of fulfillment, I memorized what states were in our ground zone and figured out manually whether we needed to use FedEx Ground or Express shipping to achieve a target date. You can imagine my joy when we discovered Flare, they were willing to white glove install the app on our store, manually input my complex shipping rules by zip code directly into the app and they are more than willing to step in with technical support at a moment's notice. Now that I have established Flare on my store, I am able to show a shipping delivery date calendar directly in the checkout window based on the customer's zip code. I can even tell the customer whether or not Saturday delivery is an option based on their zip code. If the customer wants a faster shipping date, we show them a calendar with available overnight delivery service for a $30 upcharge. We are able to offer this flexibility without accidentally lowering conversions by making it confusing or hard to find the free shipping available dates. All in all, I highly recommend Flare, the team is great and the price is reasonable. Amazon has changed the game with delivery dates, you can remain competitive by offering better service to your customers and it isn't hard to setup at all.

Excellent App! It was relatively easy to setup, just going through the steps and preference pages. When something didn't quite work the way I expected it to, it was incredibly easy to connect with support. And Ale was great, answering my questions and making sure our shop was all set! We are just setting up Flare to use for our bakery. I set up a call with Flare's support as I had a few questions about implementing it into our site. Daniel was super helpful, went above and beyond to assist me in integrating the app into our products, he took the time to walk me through a few different options of what might work best for our shop. He even helped me look through a setting settings outside of the app that I was unsure about. 10/10 would recommend this app for their support alone. I love this app, we have been using and tested other delivery date pickers for past 18 months, but this is way ahead. The support from Daniel and Alex is brilliant, they help us with new features that we want to do which helps us grow and give a better customer experience. Flare is exactly the app we were looking for. The nice thing about Flare is that we don't have to make a custom integration with our 3PL, and it is easy to set up. I spent a very long time looking for a solution in Shopify because we had this for our Wordpress website as well. Solution found with Flare so. I asked if the style could be adjusted a bit, and then I was helped the same day. They are very quick, and friendly.
