I left Shopify for a while to go to Wix so had to stop using judge.me Didn't like Wix so came back to Shopify and am happy to now be back using Judge.me Today I had some issues importing my reviews and Claudio helped me. I was previously using two different apps, An appointment booking app and a subscription app. But there were sometimes issues getting the two to work together how I needed them to. I offer online services and some appointments are for minutes or hours, some are for days or longer. I also offer group sessions and needed a waiting list. I wanted to be able to offer different length subscriptions with various discount incentives. I also needed to have everything integrate with my Google Calendar. This app (I chose to use the advanced plan) does everything I need plus more!! It is really pretty straight forward to use, easier than many I've tried. There are helpful tutorial videos to watch if you get stuck too! Plus the staff are brilliant. I have spoken with Karan, Sunny and Shubhankar and have found them all to be helpful and knowledgeable. I actually wish I'd started using this app a year ago. Would have saved me much time and stress lol

Fantastic app. Lots of free sections to choose from and you get to test out all of the sections before deciding if you want to go ahead and purchase one. The fact that you make a one off payment is brilliant. I love it! Thank you

Only currently using the free version as I wanted to make a new home page and test the app before committing to paying each month. Anyway, spent quite a while working on my page and once I felt satisfied, I published it BUT it turns out that I had accidentally made a normal page, not a home page lol. I had no idea how to sort it so I contacted the live support. I got connected to Susan who was there to help straight away and within a few minutes she gave me all the information I needed to solve my problem. Brilliant customer service! Brilliant app! Thank you :)

I really don't know what to say about this app other than it is amazing and the customer service is 100% perfect. I wasn't sure how it was going to work because often with the free apps, there are a lot of missing features etc but this app is genuinely fantastic. I had a request for something to be changed on the app and that has been done for me super quickly. I honestly think that I couldn't get much better from any paid app. If you are unsure whether or not to give this a go, just do it. You won't regret it! Jaime

Update- Been using the app for a little while now and love it. Can't beat the customer service and support neither. I have made silly mistakes and asked lots of questions and every single time Leo has been patient and has never made me feel stupid. Not had a chance to use the app yet but I'm giving a 5 star rating for the customer service from the founder, Leo. Super quick to help, friendly and got the app all verified for me immediately.

Fantastic app. Easy to install and works seamlessly on my website. I use this instead of the Shopify inbox. Leo is always happy to help, no matter how stupid the question might be! lol Thank you so much for your hard work and amazing customer service. I'd also like to recommend Cowlendar app if any of you need an appointment booking app. It's by far the best one that I've used and Leo is always updating, adding new features and making it better and better!
