The app installed easily right out of the gate and provides a great gift card experience to our customers! Also, customer service has been great (thanks Tim)! We needed some customizations done, and Tim did them same day. He also made some suggestions on how to improve the flow, which I really appreciated! The features that this app provides us should be provided by Shopify. I'm very unhappy that Shopify + members have to resort to an app for something so basic. But if you want your customers to send gift cards directly to recipients, Gift Cards Pro is the app that can make it happen!
We've been using this app for 2 years and have never quite been able to get it to work right. Because of that, we've had to deal with some very unfortunate customer experiences. When bringing the problems up with customer service, they were extremely slow to respond (several days per email), and generally unhelpful. They are requiring us to finish our 1 year contract, even though the app has never really worked 100%. There seems to be a lot better (and cheaper) options out there now, so I encourage you to shop around!
Andy provided excellent assistance fixing an issue we were having. Reliable and quick to troubleshoot.

This app is very clean and customizable. customer support is A+ our theme didn't support one aspect of the app and theme support wouldn't help so app support jumped in and fixed it over night with very good communication. would purchase another app from them and would recommend to anyone who needs quick smart app support, and doesn't have time for the run around with email chains. great app!
