Radoslav provided excellent support while helping me set up and optimize the SEO app on my Shopify store. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. He also carried out a thorough audit of my website and recommended many valuable improvements that will make a real difference. His guidance made the whole process smooth and much easier than expected. I really appreciate his professionalism and clear explanations throughout. Highly recommended!
This is a ghost app. It is doing exactly nothing. The support page is blank, and no contact details are available. Shopify should review and remove it from the app store.
Great support from Chitra in configuring the app to display the same photos in a different order when selecting different variants. A great app for a reasonable price. Thank you.
top service. My pixel is back and working great. Customer service is amazing. Thank you, Tracy.

This app is worth much more than what they ask. So many integrations that work flawlessly. On top of that the support is amazing. Dharmendra helped me configure everything from Google Analytics to Facebook and Pinterest. Don't bother struggling to configure the app and accounts. Just ask for a 30min meeting and everything is set up by Symprosis. You can't ask for more. Catalogs, feeds, and very important for my store, Shopify markets. 10 out of 10 for functionality and support. Thank you again, Dharmendra. What a great person.
Amazing service. Extremely fast setup and IOSS registration. One day to have everything up and running and send my EU orders using IOSS. You only need to allow access to your store and the next day everything is set up and the IOSS number registered. You can't ask for more. Thank you Waltteri and Peter and of course the whole team behind this project.
Amazing app and support... You can't get more for your money... It's like 20-50 times cheaper than any other app... no hidden costs. you don't have to pay/word like other apps that will empty your pocket... all included for a monthly payment. and the support is amazing... a great staff that will explain every step for beginners...
Great app and support. Liz helped me to solve some minor issues in no time. Keep up the good work.
