We’ve been using this app for about six months, and it has been an absolute win across the board. Engagement is up, conversions are up, and customer care calls are down. Everything is usually pretty easy to set up and edit. Makes adding new features to our site a breeze! When I do run into an issue customer service help desk is great! You can easily talk to real people who are friendly and understand how to fix issues quickly. My chats often get send to Tom and he's wonderful.

The App is always up to date on the latest changes made by Shopify and support is very knowledgeable. Seldomly is there an outage or issue they can not correct within an hour.
