Once I installed the app, it took literally less than 5 minutes to set it up and create my first announcement popup! It is exactly what I needed to leave a holiday closure announcement on my site. Made a request and a customer service agent (Tristan) responded quickly. The app is very ease to use. Highly recommend.

Running a business is hard work and we need an app that will deliver - both in terms of functionality and with a support team. We have found both in Growave. They are not the cheapest on the market but we have learned that you get what you pay for so we do not mind the cost of support when we need it in an app that works great and can help to generate more sales. If you are in need of a robust menu option on your site that you can implement yourself without any "tech" expertise, then this app is for you. I found it to be user friendly, allowing me to create a customized experience on my site. I needed a better way for customers to navigate the site and this app helped me to do so in an aesthetically pleasing way. I am certain there are many features that I have not even explored but for what I need, this app is perfect.

The app is very convoluted to use initially but there are videos available so you will definitely need to review those first. A major issue is that this app does not work with our upsell app (Zipify's OneClick). Furthermore, I sent a request about an issue with the app and never received a response about what needed to be done inside their app; instead, they responded with how to set up shipping settings inside Shopify.

12/4/2022: Still at a 5-star rating but this time for the superb customer support. I had an issue with importing a valid review and Rhemy R. helped me out! The support was fast and accurate. The app is a bit pricey but worth it for this high-level of support. ------------------ I just downloaded the app but so far so good. I had a question about the product blocklist feature and Nick S. answered my questions, walking me through the steps and even giving me alternative ways to accomplish what I needed. Kudos to the customer service!
