I can't say enough good things about this app and team. The app itself is pretty robust with different options. I have very specific campaigns that I go through monthly and the team is always quick to respond to customize what I need, exactly the way I want it. It is so worth the price and I am so grateful. It's like having a full developer team at your fingertips!

This app is great, has many options for upselling and cross selling and a lot of customization. The support is top notch and willing to figure out all your options.

we're a UK based store and we've been using Dynamatic for almost a year now and honestly, its been a great addition to our storefront. We mainly use the free gift function, tiered bars and upsells which really help to boost our AOV. Fully customisable so it integrates perfectly into our cart and checkout. Great service and the support team are 5* to help you with anything - i'd highly recommend!

One app that actually replaces many and makes the store smarter! We switched to Dynamatic to cut app bloat, and it delivered. The Widgets → Audiences → Placements model feels like running ads on-site: build the thing once, decide who should see it, and drop it exactly where it matters. We consolidated upsells, free-shipping/tiered bars, post-purchase offers, carousels, announcement bars, and discount input into a single system and our site feels cleaner and faster. Customer service is excellent. Fast, thoughtful responses, clear how-tos, and they proactively helped us fine-tune placements and CSS. Net-net: a flexible, consolidated toolkit that lifted AOV and smoothed our workflow. Would recommend.

I can’t recommend Dynamatic enough. It’s hands-down the most complete upsell app I’ve used — and it goes far beyond just upselling. You get post-purchase upsell options, customizable cart themes, audience segmentation, and the ability to build widgets across your cart, product pages, and collections. It integrates seamlessly with Klaviyo and review apps so you can bring in reviews, plus it has a discounting engine, UGC manager, and pop-up options. The possibilities really do feel endless, and I’ve only scratched the surface of what’s possible. Best of all, the pricing is fantastic for what it offers. Other apps charge outrageous rates for similar features, but Dynamatic delivers it all at incredible value. Highly recommend.

Dynamatic has unlocked all sorts of opportunities for our business to grow revenue by increasing conversions through cart upsells, automatic gift cards and free products added to cart, cross selling and more. It's one of the more robust and complex apps out there. Takes some getting use to, but the support from the Ecom Propeller team is white glove and you'll be assisted and guided along the way. Every store should be running Dynamatic and their other app Navidium.

We had a bit of a slow start but once the team understood there was in issue they have made every effort to get things back on track. We look forward to making the most out of this apps capabilities!

Excellent addition to our tech stack on Shopify. This app provides very customized upsell widgets we utilize on the PDP widget, pop up and cart with very dynamic targeting and customizations. The support is also very good and provides assistance and guidance on implementation.

This app can do what 10 apps combined can do. Their customer support is really amazing. It's easy to use as well.

This is a great app, with incredible flexibility. It has provided fabulous options for upsell and product featuring, among other things. Support has been wonderful to help us get up and running. We have it loaded in one store and will be loading it in a second store when upgrading in a few months.

We are obsessed with customer experience in the cart, discounts, GWP (gift with purchase) and BOGO upsell/cross-sell offers. Over the years, we have built or commissioned or contracted numerous solutions, and all solutions require multiple tools or apps to play nicely together. Before Dynamatic, I was using Rebuy for merchandising (popup, display on page) then Discount Ninja for pricing. It was complicated. LOTS of moving parts, and lots of things that could and did go wrong, usually in the middle of a sale or promotion. When I learned of Dynamatic, a few important features sucked me in... 1. Using Shopify Functions for the discounting engine. This permits discounts to combine (or not) and allow shopify discounts to stack (or not). Functions permit a non-plus store to have the functionality of plus. 2. Flexibility. The building block model of campaigns > experience audience > widget is INSANELY powerful. Use what you need, when you want it. 3. Here are some of the promos (widgets) I am using: a) Buy X, get a popop, offer Y at a discount PRE CART b) Buy X, get Z free (automatically) - remove Z if customer removes X; c) Gift with minimum spend. Remove gift if spend falls below tier; d) Buy More, Save More -- multiple tiers! e) Parse Shopify shareable discounts and combine/do not combine, whatever you want to do. f) Show/hide discount input field based on audience (who) or actions of visitor; g) There is SO MUCH MORE I am using functions/widgets I want to use, but there is much more in this app. Much much more. The development team and support has been top-tier. I have been a fierce "challenge" throughout onboarding. They have risen to my needs every time. Dynamatic is insanely powerful. I will say not for everyone. If you have looked at or used Rebuy and/or other discounting apps, you will find Dynamatic a breath of fresh air.

Migrated from Rebuy, support has been much more responsive, speed at which the team here develop features is incredibly fast. Definetly a must have for any serioues eCommerce store.

Something that's been challenging to deal with on Shopify is application bloat. We store owners end up needing a different app for everything. What I love about dynamatic is the number of features it consolidates down into one app with reasonable pricing NOT based on revenue. If you're looking for a customizable cart, upsells, post-purchase offers, and a bout a dozen other things (or more) I'd recommend this app instead of needing 5-6 other apps to accomplish the same thing. Plus their support is really responsive and they jump in to fix issues quickly. Love it!
