I use have used this app since 2020 to inform my customers of inventory issues, holiday announcements, etc. and it has been a great little app. However they just updated in Sept 2024 and it is now useless to me. All the templates are a list - so you have to click each one to actually see what it look like. It use to have almost unlimited space for announcements, now it is limited to about 40 characters (I did not count). regardless, I must now find a new app. Hi, thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern regarding the character limit—it was a temporary issue during the update, and it has now been fixed. Additionally, we introduced new bar templates designed to perform up to 80% better than the previous ones. This is why we encouraged users to create new bars for the best results. We apologize for not communicating these changes more effectively during the launch. Your input is invaluable, and we’re here to assist if you need help adapting to the new version.

I have tried several other apps for review management. Yotpo has been so much easier to use, so intuitive, and much more successful at getting new reviews. I also had some difficulty in installing and support responded within a few hours and had the situation corrected Pronto. Excellent service and great product. UPDATE 5/7/2021 - I had to update my theme and of course messed up my yotpo setting. Got Manny on the live chat and within 20 minutes everything was back working again. Fast, polite, and accurate. Excellent service!!!

Could not be easier to use. Took me about 30 minutes for me to get acquainted with the workings of the app. After that so darn easy. I needed some support and had an answer within just a few minutes. Highly recommend this app.

Advanced Reports allows me to get detailed reports that are not available in basic shopify. Easy to use. Great app.

I purchased Spin Wheel Pop as a way to help get email address. I was skeptical. OK, I was wrong. apparently my customers enjoy 'spinning the wheel.' I received 8 new emails within a few short hours. I have run this app for several days and the results are consistent each day.

This is a great app to see what clients are doing on your site. Easy to use. Seems reliable. I would recommend this app.
