I used to trust Woohoo due to its popularity, but this time was a disaster. First, the spin-to-win logic is broken — I set the probability of “free” to 0%, yet a customer won it and even sent me the valid discount code. Impossible! Second, I configured a $20 off reward, but Woohoo gave out 20% off instead — a huge mistake that cost me real money. I contacted support multiple times, no reply, no resolution. This plugin is risky and unreliable. Avoid it unless you want to lose money.

Amazing results, we have been using the WooHoo Spin To Win pop-up at Sunchill for almost two years now and the sign-ups rate and the redemption rate of the reward have really helped us grow our email list and boost sales. It's a very effective to way to grab visitor emails while keeping the energy a bit playful and not intrusive. Many options to make your pop-up look and feel unique and lots of analytics within the app as well.
(I rated the app at 4 stars as I've not yet used it, but I have been told it is really good). However I would like to say that the customer service experience was second to none. There was a bug issue when I added the app to my store, which meant the app did not work. I raised the issue via chat and once the problem was identified it was dealt with within a few days, which I thought was pretty good. Thanks WooHoo. Very much appreciated. Once I use the app and see how it goes I'll be back to update.
The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. The application is broken and buggy. There has been no response from live support or email for 1 week. And while researching, I saw that this is the most expensive application. I found much cheaper and better. I definitely do not recommend this application, which is broken and has poor customer service.
I have been using this app since April and I am thoroughly impressed with the Woohoo Spin Wheel app; it is truly amazing and incredibly user-friendly. Thanks to this app, we have seen a significant increase in our user base, and our marketing campaign has been remarkably successful. We are now receiving a higher number of visitors than initially anticipated. The Woohoo team has proven to be exceptionally dependable, and I have every confidence that they will continue to support us in the future. I wholeheartedly give this app a 5-star rating.

I have used this app for if not a year close to it. WHAT I DO LIKE ABOUT IT- it will (with the right campaign help generate revenue for your store. And its simple from a customer standpoint. WHAT I DON'T LIKE ABOUT IT- THE APP SCAMS ON VISITORS COUNT!!!!!!! For my store I'm on the lowest tier and they will show that I have more visitors hitting the site than I actually do so that I will pay for the upgrade!!! Wish I could show screenshots... This month I didn't turn a campaign on until this past Sunday, today is Saturday. Woohoo shows I have had 645 visitors (my max is 1000) while shopify/google shows 362!!!!! NOT COOL WOOHOO, NOT COOL! They've been doing this for months and when I've brought it up to support I never get a clear answer. So, because I think they are are scamming to increase visitors to get you to pay more is why I gave the rating.
The setup is pretty much self-explanatory, straight to the point, lots of great features and the most important good support
I think this app is a great sale tool for any store of any size. Customer service is great and reply fast.
I review to alert other possible users of this app, as the amount of 5 star ratings was one of the reasons that led me to test and pay for one of the plans offered in the app. I created a coupon wheel type campaign, performed all the tests on the site by accessing desktop and mobile on various devices and so far everything happened well. By communicating the action to my customer base, which are over 50,000, the answer was immediate a large volume of access and there began the problems, most customers could not participate because the button that starts the wheel simply did not work! The problem affected most customers and generated a huge demand for my service, a lot of dissatisfaction, distrust, negative comments on Instagram. I promptly triggered the app support from the chat that prompts a 24-hour response, I also sent email address entered on the site and here at Shopify store, even sent in email from other developer apps. Today 8 days after the incident, with huge prejudice of brand and financial image because I had to give the maximum discount, among the campaign coupons, for all customers who could not rotate the wheel, I still have no response to the support, so I opted for uninstalling the app and letting this disastrous experience record here.
Support not active in chat since over a week, no answer on emails even if they say it will take 24 hours. Buggy and alot of things are not adjustable. There should be a better option out there.
so far so good. it looks like it works well. once I see what I need to do I always get right on it. Hopefully it helps me get more sales

This app was very easy to install and set up. Straight to the point without fuss. I'm pretty new to Shopify and I'm having issues having my customers follow through with a purchase. I'm hoping to reduce abandoned carts with this feature.
Excellent application to give out discount codes for your new customers + super interactive, easy to use, and definitely boosts sales. The support is very responsive and accurate with their answers, I never had any issue which wasn't resolved in a timely manner.
We're a shopify plus merchant. We don't recommend this app because of the following reasons: All the customer names are mixed up because of this app. When Klaviyo integration is activated, first names are replaced with email initials. For example, if customer who joined the wheel with xyz@hotmail.com, customer first name becomes xyz. In case it is an existing customer, all customer database are messed up with this. I asked many times to support, they are so slow, not resolving any issue at all.
I like this app, it's a fun way to do discounts and I think gets more engagement. Also I had a problem with my theme displaying wheel properly and they fixed it very nicely and promptly.
The App works pretty great and does what we need it to. Customer service is fast from my experience. Also, one time I went to them with a quick question about how to change the color and after they answered quickly, they took a dive into our wheels and saw one of them did not have codes! They quickly set it up for me and saved the day. Thank you.

Wow we have grown an extra 100 sign ups in 3 days! Whilst customers are only tending to buy for the higher discounts which we are noting, we are viewing it as paying for the long term customer base.

We uploaded this app at midnight and literally the next morning we had three sales. We are excited to see where this app can take us. It is easy to use and engaging. You can easily change your wheel options and color. I was able to install and update myself and I am certainly not a tech person.

This app is good! The look is customizable, and appears in my store as I specified. It also collects emails and adds them to the customer list. Their support is good and responsive.
This app has helped greatly in getting email subscribers! it does slow your site speed down a little bit so be aware of that but overall getting the email subscribers is worth it 100 times over. Update** Ive been using the Spin Wheel for awhile now and love it. Makes getting email subscribers much easier and im generating revenue off it from the discount code customers get when they enter their email. This will be on my site for a very long time. Also if you have any questions they are very easy to get in contact with and reply quickly.

We have 15 cvr and hundreds of thousands of revenue from this app. The design is the best out of all the popup apps. It converts, customers love it and everyone wins. Whenever I need help, the team helps me with whatever I need. Such good value for money.
App works perfectly, straight out the box, minimal setup or help needed. Within 2 minutes I had multiple emails coming in. 20% email collect rate. Allows you to tag incoming customers if one were so inclined to setup email distribution based on collection or product type. Really a slick little app, minimally invasive but DOES THE JOB. pricewise it can get expensive for big operations, but average for this space.
For real, in just 2 days of using this app i gained some customer subscriptions and a couple of sales. I definitely recommend this. It's also very easy to use.

I tested wheel pop over Black Friday and Cyber Monday. It has helped me collect several emails and make sales. It has functional settings that you can apply to fit the feel of your site. It's a fun tool that you can creative with and I would recommend trying it out!
