Just moved from one of the other big loyalty programs because since they sold the support has been downhill and the system buggy - to the stage that I've got customers emailing me very upset as their points have disappeared and they think we are deleting them. If working with Joy Loyalty & Rewards is as good longterm as the onboarding I'll be with them for life! Thanks for your help guys.
Hemant and his team are amazing! I had another app on the store that completely mucked my schema up. It took ages to figure this out as Google didn't actually help when I went through them enquiring about some ongoing issues with our pricing in the merchant centre and our ad results plummeting. Finally, I contacted Simprosys, who got my feed up and running with them. When our own developer (who is usually really good!) struggled with some final issues in completing the job of fixing the schema once the app was deleted, Hemant stepped in and sorted this out for us. Talk about above and beyond! Our campaigns are now back in learning, and it has cost us a lot of money in lost sales, but these guys not only were the only ones who could tell us exactly what was going on but jumped in and fixed it. Thrilled with the service - thank you, Simprosys!!
The team were amazing helping us move (after four years) from one of the other big review apps. So refreshing to have this level of customer service again. Josh was super helpful with helping me get the Google reviews showing too. But honestly, everybody I dealt with at Loox was so very helpful!

This app has been great and has helped toward increasing our monthly sales, along with us putting a much bigger investment into our marketing and getting people to our website. Limespot has been a great tool to have working on our site to regain some of the increased investment in bringing traffic to it. Definitely recommend it and a very fair pricing structure too!
