Honestly the support is exceptional, i know i am always annoying them with requests and stupid questions but. they always reply in the most professional and informative way, they go on endless threads with me on emails and even share visual explanations made for my case scenarios ... even offered to jump on call with me to explain things in detail for my requests. Honestly without this app and their 24/7 support we are nothing ... especially today is weekend, support is literally still helping me out.. i dont see this from any other apps on the market i swear!!
Selina literally spent all day with me, im not joking.. ALL-DAY !!! Helping me figure this app out (im a bit of an idiot lol ) she was soooo patient, she explained and walked me through everything... start to finish.... even helped translate my custom cart slider app!!!!! Honestly, im about to translate to other languages and feel much more confident doing it alone now !! I've never seen an employee spent all day with just 1 customer, thank you so much Selina!!

Really excited to use this app, manually adding to paypal was bad because i kept forgetting.. i am excited to have htsi all taken care of now in seconds!! Thanks to support for answering my questiosn INSTANTLY!!

perfectly helped me understand difference between 1 click upsell post purchase vs thank u page upsells and how they work.. team was very patient in helping me get it.. and now i setup all with their help.. cant wait to get some sales with reconvert!
