Support team has been responsive & helpful in getting this app running in our shop. I was having the same password issue noted in other reviews. Reached out to support & they responded the next day with a reset to get logged in.

Really bothers me that I cannot delete some variants that do not fit my store - eg if an item comes in 20 colors I need to stock all 20 even though only 3 are right for me.

Such a needed app for easy insight into your profitability.

Well, they certainly went above and beyond to make this integrate into my store! Abuzar spent a long time (hours..) troubleshooting, and finally got us to be able to send the Back in Stock emails with our design template in Klaviyo - so it looks in synch with all the othe emails our customer gets. Very happy with the end result!

Terrible integration with Shopify. - If an order is edited (products change, address updated, notes added etc) that edit in Shopify does not flow over to Shipstation. So as a small business owner I need to make the edits twice. - I have two different warehouses and Shopifys split shipping is not supported as an integration with Shipstation. - I have an app on Shopify that makes beautiful, branded packing slips and invoices. But these do not travel over to Shipstation so my packages have this totally mediocre packing slip thats not on-brand for my upscale company. - I sell wholesale on Faire and while Faire and Shopify integrate beautifully when the orders flow through to Shipstation they are all screwed up with testers not registering properly and discounts showing up in a very confusing way. So every time I get a wholesale order through Faire I need to manually email them the packing slip so they can pick and fill correctly. I love my warehouse but wish they did not need to use Shipstation. I feel Shipstation does not care one bit about the business using Shopify, only about the warehouses.

SUPER easy to use, very intuitive. It took me an hour or so to make something perfect for my brand, but I am super picky. The templates out of the box are lovely as well. highly recommend.
