The support is above and beyond. Although I bombed them with different kinds of issues and requests, they answered diligently. And the App itself is functioning without any major issues. Would reccomend this app for syncing products via feed.

An amazing App, with amazing support. They are fast and proactive, especially big thanks to Esther. I would recommend the app to everyone who is looking for a good SEO solution for its Shopify store.
I have just recently installed the app, still in the setup phase, but all looks straightforward and Prakash provided amazing support so far.
After running one price modifying task, so far its looking good. The app is doing what is supposed to do. :)

Amazing app with amazing support. After trying several similar apps, Easy Tag was the only one that checked all the boxes. Kudos to Radi!
This app finally gets the job done! I have tried a couple of others apps, but this works just perfectly and out of the box. I really like the fact that you can translate every text within the widget (great if your language is not supported). Still, one small feature missing: the button label text should disappear after the chat was opened and then closed. There is no reason to keep it there after the user interacted with the chat. [SOLVED: within 1h that was my request was posted. Awesome support!]
