I do like the ease of installation and how it allows me to control discounts on my Shopify store. That said, that's where the honeymoon ends. Issues: 1. When selling through GovX, their minimum discount and % cut of all sales basically kills my profitability. The nutritional supplement industry that I am in has tight margins to start, and if I give GovX users their minimum discount of 20% plus their 15% fee I'm actually LOSING money selling through them. Not to mention, I already eat a portion of the shipping costs for customers, so it's a big NO from me there. 2. Verification for my Shopify store. While I appreciate GovX handling the verification so that I do not have to persnally deal with sensitive identification information, what I have found is that almost anyone can secure a GovX account even if they DID NOT serve! I have several of my customers that I know personally, who have used the discount. I know that they did not serve, nor did their spouse. I asked one of the customers about it and it's a well known workaround evidently on the internet on how to secure it. I am getting the shaft because people who did not EARN the discount are using it. I'm having to discontinue Military and Veteran discounds because of this. Do better GovX

Good customer service. Very responsive to questions and issues. It's directly integrated into Shopify so that helps. Only thing I am not 100% happy with is spam filtering. It could be better. Wish it had the same filtering and flagging for spam that GSuite uses. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by our spam filter. In the communication we had with you yesterday you stated that it was adequate to move the items flagged as SPAM into the junk folder. Has this not happened or is that now unsatisfactory to you? RepeatKit allows me to offer my customers a convenient delivery schedule coupled with a discount on my nutritional supplement store. Pricing as well as responsive customer support are great! Looking forward to some updates and added functionality soon. UPDATE: Unfortunately Shopify has removed my ability to use Shopify Payments because I'm selling fitness supplements. This makes the app non usable because they don't integrate with PayPal Payflow Pro. :( UPDATE 2: Adriana did a lot of leg work to find any way that I could still use their app. PayPal Express or Authorize dot net would work but unfortunately both are not really options for me right now. PayPal Express takes users away from my shop to PayPal which will affect conversion rate and Authorize dot net adds additional charges. Neither are exempt from Shopify's 1% tariff on using anything other than their gateway. If it was not my choice, Shopify should waive that fee. In any case, Adriana really tried to make it workable.

I have used this app to generate multiple financial reports including a detailed cost of doing business report. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING APP!
