As mentioned above, fails on install. "Unable to verify this connection attempt. Return to Shopify Admin and try again."
Good concept, poor execution = the hallmark of all Shopify-developed apps. Worked fine initially but I just noticed it stopped collecting orders a few weeks ago now. I've had plenty of orders in this time and the dashboard says 0, there are no charges to my account from Planet so it's definitely not working. Like all of the other Shopify apps, support doesn't actually exist in any meaningful way.

We apologize for the headache. Your review was very helpful -- after you posted it, we identified a bug that was causing your data not to load in your dashboard. There was no lost data, and all of your data will be backfilled. Sorry again that your experience with Planet hasn't gone to plan. We're going to keep improving the app and sincerely appreciate feedback like yours.
App is pretty decent but they've recently forced a footer badge promoting their app on pages you've created unless you pay up the $39/mo. You can't hide it, or even change the place on screen where it shows up. I'm sorry but I think this is a trashy way to promote your app and we'll be switching to something else. I also think $39 minimum for a page builder is too much.

The app overall is quite good, but the recent rate hike is unfortunate & we're looking for a replacement. For us, the monthly price more than doubled. $19/mo minimum for site search is just asking too much.

Works well and has decent customization options even for the free level. Support is quick and helpful.
