After operating my Shopify store for 6 years, and having used two other well known accounting platforms and a local accountant, I can affirmatively say this is the best-why? it is built by people who understand how an online business works. Our books are updated in real time (without the need for a human) and we finally have real accurate data at all times to work with. We can make accurate decisions based on this system. It far exceeds the capabilities of any other eCommerce accounting system for Shopify that I have seen.

We implemented the app several months back and have noticed a reduction in exchanges and more satisfied customers completing the entire exchange online. We no longer do manual support for exchanges. Re:do is very responsive to any issue we have. Good people at Re:do, we pay the cost for our customers. Best of all now they now support UPS labels, we as have issues with USPS in our area.

The app has converted on over 50% of our orders up to 3%. We love it! The app owner is very responsive and follows up to ensure customer satisfaction. We had 80% of our carts abandon and in the first month or so with TxtCart they have recovered over $7,000 for us. These are customers that want the product that need that final nudge. In most cases they would not have come back. Best of all I get to watch the bot conversations. We tried this manually and it failed. These guys are great.
